I only bake on the multicooker modes ..... I mainly use a pressure cooker .... as soon as I bought other programs I tried to operate, and as far as I understood, in the "extinguishing" mode, the cartoon first gains temperature, and it does not depend on which one you are water (liquid) is poured ..... boils for 10-15 minutes .... then it slows down and goes to a slow boil. Until the end of the program. And if you add time, even if you initially add it, it kind of restarts.
Pilaf also cooked, but not completely in the cartoon. It is more convenient for me to fry everything in a frying pan, on gas. And then load everything (except rice) into the cartoon and stew the meat in the "stewing" mode, and then add the rice, well, until ready for "stewing" .... I turn it off earlier. As soon as the water boils off, I turn it off .... maybe you were wrong with the liquid and the time?
