Today I cooked milk rice porridge in a pressure cooker. I took 2 cups of rice, and 7. It turned out very cool, but milk should be taken in a larger ratio, the porridge turned out to be very thick, and when it cooled it became even thicker. In this proportion it is very good to cook for casseroles or meatballs.

Yesterday I cooked hearts (turkey) in a creamy sauce, first with a pressure cooker, then put it out in a cartoon on the stew. I liked it very much.

But today something went wrong ... I set the fish soup to cook, in jellied meat (last time everything was super, the broth was transparent), but today something went wrong ... at first it seemed normal, and then it began to boil out of splashing the valve .... I turned off everything, opened the lid, and from there it would pour out ... I washed everything and extinguished for another hour. It seems normal .... Right now I sit and think: umnik2: what was that ?? maybe a glitch in the program happened, or maybe a jump in tension? ...

Ladies, is there an opportunity to buy a spare pot for this shaman pot? Especially in Ukraine?
Lesi
but tell me, is there a steam basket in this model?
DJ
Metal stand for steaming.
For me, the decisive factor was the bowl. In weight, the coating is coal, environmentally friendly. There is also a function Yoghurt / Proving dough, and a deep fryer.

In another topic, I pester people about this miracle pot and something began to cool down to it ... but I don’t know what to choose (((
DJ
And what is the reason for the cooling?
Vassa
At first I dreamed of a slow cooker, I was fascinated by pilaf in it, and my husband gave this miracle ... how am I grateful to him for that right now: girl_love: the pressure cooker is at work much more often, the cartoon also works, only I’m not used to it yet (this my first unit) we need to adapt to the recipes, but here we are the first along the way, so we have to use the method of scientific poking ... but even so, I will never change it for something else

And what is the reason for the cooling?
1, The fastening of the covers is unreliable (plastic grooves)
2, no spare pot, o-ring
3, slow set pressure
4, the lid must be removed and put somewhere, the second must be stored somewhere ...

Well, what quickly came to my mind ... convince me
Lesi
Tell me the pressure cooker cooks faster from the multicooker and by how much?
el261
Thanks to your feedback on the weight and I bought this pressure cooker, but I just can't figure out how to set the time in the pressure cooker correctly (if the porridge is 15 minutes, and you need to add 15 minutes to set the pressure), that is 30 minutes should be set ?? Tell me please

There is nothing to add, the pressure cooker determines the pressure time by itself.

Thank you very much, tell me more, please, it burns on my stew and on baking, maybe I don't set the time so much or pour little water, I can't understand, and many people write that it doesn't burn .. I'm a beginner with pressure cookers, I understand I have to try. There is still no book of recipes for weight 18 ...

I won't tell you about stewing, but on baking, I grease the saucepan with oil, and I also put parchment on the bed. And I think that the time needs to be chosen, by trial, that is, a little less.

People, tell me how to be! We bought such a slow cooker and we cannot understand whether it is a marriage or is it necessary. In pressure cooker mode, the valve is loose and the cooking time does not start. Do you need to wait a very long time until something becomes with pressure or is it a defect in the lid? If it's not difficult to take a picture of the lid in working order in pressure cooker mode, see how the valve behaves. Thanks in advance.
DJ
Don't worry, it's okay. When cooking in a pressure cooker, make sure that the valve points towards the word -Closed. When the pressure inside rises, the valve is blocked. The pressure cooker builds up pressure depending on the amount of liquid and temperature. Pimerno for soup, filled with cold water for 15 minutes.
ethan

We waited for 20-25 minutes steam poured out from under the lid (where the lid is inserted) and from the lock behind the valve, the touch screen fogged up from the inside, condensate flowed out from under the lid, but the countdown did not start, time just stood still and the time counter blinked. And even when the valve is directed to the word closed from it, as I understand it, steam does not come out?
DJ
It's strange, steam comes out, at the very beginning of the boil, for about five minutes, and then it hisses slightly, practically does not come out (but still a little bit)
And surely the valve was directed to closed?
ethan

yes, the valve was directed exactly at the closed, but steam did not come from it, but from the lock (hole behind the valve) and from under the lid, one might say, poured out from under it. Shouldn't the touch screen fog up? because how electronics can be covered, as far as I can understand. what about the countdown? it never started with us.

Girls, please tell me where you can buy a removable bowl for weight 18 or which multi is suitable, I heard that you only need to use your relatives, and even if the saucepan is scratched, is it dangerous for cooking or can it just burn ??? I have this problem ...

you can ask here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=162308.0
You will make accurate measurements, so it will be easier to find a replacement.
Sone4ka
girls are the owners of this device, why do you share so little impressions?
Are the two lids justified, are the programs successful in the multicooker? are there any frank jambs worth knowing about?

Vassa
Two lids do not bother me at all, my husband nailed a neat hook over the cartoon, and I hang the second one on it ... for the programs in the multitener, I only use "stewing" and "jellied meat". I use the pressure cooker much more often, but there are also only two programs - "meat" and "porridge". There are shoals. During the jellied meat, a strong boil begins an hour and a half before the end of the program (well, or somewhere around that), I don't even know what it is connected with. In short, I can’t leave her completely unattended. And even in spite of these "shoals" I love my Vesochka very much. Something like this ... If anything else interests, ask ...
el261
Thank you, Sone4ka for the site, but I also love the weight, although there is steam on stewing and pilaf, less on porridge, I don't leave it unattended, and if the dough is kneaded correctly, the pies are great!
ksy 1987
Tell me if this model comes with a container for steaming or not. and there is something for deep frying
Vassa
for "steaming" there is a grate on legs .... and for deep frying there is a separate "frying" function with two temperature modes of 150 and 185 degrees ...
Milra
Hello everyone! I look closely at this model.I reread the whole topic, but did not find the answer to my questions. Therefore, a big request to the owners of this miracle, unsubscribe how and what. And the questions are such, somehow, in one video on cartoons, one woman said that she had a thin-walled saucepan in her cartoon and this is a drawback, and what is the thickness of the wall considered thin? and how are things in Veska? Maybe if it boils and sticks in a saucepan and there are signs of a thin-walled saucepan?
2) If the steam valve gets clogged, can it be disassembled and rinsed at home? And in general, how does she wash?
3) does the saucepan have handles, or otherwise how to remove this saucepan from the body?
Vassa
I'm already somehow uncomfortable ... only I answer (although I don't consider myself a specialist in cartoons at all) ... I can't say anything about the thinness of the pan (I haven't seen so many of them, this is my first cartoon) but I don't think that it depends on it (at least in mine), but it sometimes boils a lot, but sometimes everything is fine ... I think most likely there is a malfunction in the program (it is necessary to take it under warranty for now, let them look) Baking does not stick and does not burn ... The valve is very easy to disassemble and clean. what's in the pressure cooker. that in the cartoon ..... the pan has no handles, but it does not bother me, it is quite convenient to pull it out there .... But the grate (double boiler) is not very convenient, I adapted the hook from the bread machine, but I need one more (all I forget to tell my husband to make me two double hooks ... do it, take a picture and post it)
kcmkl
I have already climbed all the forums in search of reviews, as it is not a lot (
Girls. please tell me, I wanted a cartoon with a function of my own recipe - but somehow I did not find it in the aisles of 2000 UAH sensible. In this cartoon, are there enough standard programs? Is it possible to regulate the time itself when extinguishing, for example?
Vassa
In this one there is no "own recipe" or how else there is a "cook" ... but I don’t need .... time can be reduced and increased on any program, including stewing ... and in a pressure cooker too .. ...
kcmkl
I forgot to ask, but where does the condensate go? Is there a capacity so that it would drain separately?

And when the pressure builds up, does the lid "stick" itself? As the mount is embarrassing .... I'm afraid of pressure cookers ..
Vassa
the condensation tank is located at the back, it is very easy to remove .... the lid "sucks" itself .... the fastening did not suffer for half a year (I use it often (1-2 times a day)
kcmkl
Is there a signal after the end of work (cooking)?
Vassa
and there is a signal and there is heating
kcmkl

Thank you) The instruction of course upset, there is no sensible nifiga in it
Has someone stewed potatoes already? I cannot understand how the valve should be in the pressure cooker correctly.
Does everyone have an iron grate for steaming?

I have other pots, I just look at this one, but I think that the principle of cooking in them is not much different.
you will cook lemon soup and turn the valve in different directions with something long, so as not to scald with steam out of ignorance and a lot will become clear for you. As they say, it's better to see once)
if the grill has no sharp edges, it will not damage the bowl coating.

I put it only on Steam and Soup, should the condensate remain on the lid?

not yet under pressure - yes.
I beg your pardon, did you at least try to boil a glass of water to see how it works, how the pressure builds up, how the valve works?

Well, now I put Soup on the Pressure Cooker, for 20 minutes, poured water until the middle) I did not come close to the apparatus)
Min 10-15 was gaining pressure, then a little hiss, now the countdown began.

Now, since the hissing has ceased and the countdown has begun, the pressure cooker has entered the preset mode. means this valve position is working, i.e. closed.
try to move it to the side with something and feel the difference)

She finished cooking
I immediately switched to heating, I don’t understand how the pressure should be set, the lid does not give back) If you torment the valve, then steam comes down from it)
kcmkl
It came) for 10 minutes to bleed off steam until the second valve settles.
Well, steam from under the lid did not come down, like I did not notice anything strange or bad in the work.
The next stage is stewing potatoes)))

kcmkl
I cooked stewed potatoes in a pressure cooker. In general, it turned out not bad, I set the Soup mode to 40 minutes. I was alarmed by the fact that I gained pressure for more than 20 minutes, maybe due to the fact that I piled there on the upper mark. Until she let off steam, she let it down herself.

Made curd casserole

The first pancake is lumpy) But still gobbled up quickly) I forgot to throw the decoys there. Since in the cartoon recipe 850 power. , put on 50 minutes but still a little overcooked.

In the pressure cooker, only on Meat, I noticed that it clicks at the beginning a couple of times

Hello girls! And please accept me into your ranks. For the new year, my husband gave the weight of the sku 18. I climbed the whole Internet and YouTube, there is zero information about her. She was upset, even wanted to return to the store and then found you. I read the comments and realized that everything is not so bad. The only thing that worries is the lack of a recipe book, does it mean to do everything by eye? Or can you buy it somewhere?
