My report. A quick recipe for tea with my family, so I was not particularly sophisticated in decoration.

A very simple honey cake (Aurora multicooker)
Wonderful cake! Baked in the DEX-60? How many minutes are there on the baking program or manual mode? I bought myself a DEX-60, but I haven't tried the oven yet.

- eggs 5 pcs.
- sugar 1.5 cups = 270 gr (1 cup = 180 gr)
- honey 4.5 tbsp. spoons = 135 gr (1 tbsp.spoon = 30 gr)
- soda 0.75 tsp
- baking powder 1.5 tsp
- flour 3 cups = 360 gr (1 cup = 120 gr)

Mix flour (sift) with baking soda and baking powder and set aside
Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar, as for a biscuit, that is, in a very strong foam. Without stopping whisking, add gradually melted (not hot, just liquid) honey. Now mix the flour with the egg-honey mixture and quickly knead the dough. The dough is liquid like pancakes.
Pour into the multicooker bowl and in the Baking mode for 50 minutes (do not open the lid during baking, otherwise the biscuit will settle)
We take out the biscuit, cut into cakes, coat with any cream and decorate at our discretion.

My honey cake is very modest compared to yours, but I still want to boast. I baked it in the simplest rice cooker (which is on one button), in general, this is the first dish that I cooked in a rice cooker, I can't believe myself that I got baked goods in it. Thank you for such a simple yet delicious recipe.

It turned out super yummy

Only I have a couple of questions))
The dough is written like pancakes and "pour". Should the dough come out thin?
With two glasses of flour (150 g each), I had a particularly thick and sticky dough, I barely poured it into the bowl.

Once it turned out, it means that such a consistency takes place, as they say. For pancakes, the dough is also thick, it's not pancakes. Try to put a little less flour. Or maybe the flour is of very good quality, with a good gluten content, or did you pick it up with a slide? : girl_haha: The result is great and don't bother. Thanks for the report. I am very glad that I liked the recipe.

She lied without a slide, clearly to the top of the glass (this turns out to be 2 tbsp. 150g each). I just baked at night, didn't hurry much - and banged all the flour at once, it was necessary to pour less.
Yesterday I made another honey cake .. the dough turned out to be even thicker .. the cake rose a little less, but the taste did not show the same delicious
In the next. once without haste I will pour less flour Recipe in a piggy bank, very simple and delicious thanks!

girls, good evening!

kneaded the dough, put it in her pressure cooker, wait. Confused by the consistency of the dough, it was so ... thick, much thicker than biscuit ... Is that how it should be, or have I messed up?

Good evening, namesake!
I also had the dough thicker than a regular biscuit, but still not cool, it looks a little like sooooo thick sour cream, everything worked out great

Oles, delicious, in my opinion not a classic honey cake, but rather a biscuit with honey notes (although, as I said in my report, maybe my honey is rather weak in terms of taste and smell), but very pleasant, and as for me, sour cream cream is the most it! Well, there is no question of simplicity of execution, the ratio of labor costs and results is very pleasing
olesya555
oj, dewohki, well, I felt that something was wrong, probably shifted the flour. It turned out very hard, cut easily, like stale bread, the middle fell, well, low. BUT! It smells good . As a result, she did not anoint it, but rather filled it with cream (sour cream + var.condensed milk, to make it thicker), I hope that it softens overnight

Thanks for the recipe!
Summer
Oles, do not be upset, but next time you will take everything into account, and you will boggle such a tasty treat! I will also put less flour next time, perhaps, again, everyone's flour is different.

I am very happy with the result, the pie turned out to be fragrant, fluffy (6.5 cm. Height), light, baked completely in 50 minutes, but put it on the back for another 20 minutes, otherwise the top seemed too tender. Thanks again to the author for such a wonderful recipe!

Levitan, and in what is it you have a bowl before pouring the dough? Sahara? For what? So that it does not burn? And tell us more about the cream of sour cream, condensed milk and what else is there and how?

Once again I prepared a honey cake. As always, it turned out great.
Baking in Dex 1h 15 min + 10 min heated. Cream - whipped cream with powdered sugar + walnuts.

Olesya, I have a Redmond-4502 (16-program with the ability to see the temperature) and it can be seen that at the end of the BAKING program after 40 minutes the temperature starts to decrease, so I do not wait for all 50 minutes to work, but on the 40-45th I reset it for a minute and set the BAKING Program 50 minutes again. After 20-25 minutes, either I turn off or the protection against overheating (temperature 160 degrees) works and it costs another 20 minutes under the lid usually. Try to do this, suddenly it will turn out

Angela, have already done honey cake twice, have now decided to do it again and are thinking about a glass? Which glass goes in the recipe, multicooker or ordinary, I seem to have done both times with a multicooker (although I don't remember anymore)

Please accept my report and thank you very much for the wonderful recipe. I just drained a little oil. added (gram 30). And before applying the cream, I soaked the cakes, it seemed to me that it would turn out rather dry, probably in vain I was afraid. Baked for 55 minutes (this is our baking mode in Veska), everything baked great. Cream - sour cream. soaked overnight at room temperature, then in the refrigerator. But it was the most delicious the next day. so the recipe bookmark

Thanks for the recipe !!! So I could not resist yesterday and started a cake looking at night. Baked in a multicooker Steba DD1. The height of the cake did not reach the 2L mark a little. I managed to cut it into 3 cakes. Sour cream with sugar. The cake is airy, light and fast in execution, devices will help us. Here is the report.

Girls, tell me how much sour cream you need to take for the cream? Well, sugar?
Julia, I took 500 grams of sour cream and powdered sugar by eye - about the size of a multicooker glass, and although the sour cream was 30 percent, the cream turned out to be thin, and I poured some soft cottage cheese into it - it turned out just to my taste, not very sweet and with a slight sourness

That's strange .... I also took so much, but I didn't get such a thick layer at all, the cream was absorbed all over and you can't see it at all, but you have such a hat on top ... and starch added 1 tbsp. l, how much are you? and I generally poured an ordinary glass of powder .... well, it was very sweet, and why didn't I remember the cherry?
julia_bb
Maybe it depends on sour cream, I took Rosagroeasport 400 g and 100 g Aleksandrov

The more sugar in the sour cream, the worse it whips or does not whip at all. It is recommended to take 100 grams of sugar or powder for 500 grams. If there are problems, then you can also use a thickener for sour cream or cream. A very good thing.

Vooot, I always knew that they were hiding the truth from us! Honestly, honestly, the girls pastry chefs probably know magic words so that they whip up sour cream. They know and do not speak
Well, the fact that I'm greedy - knows half the forum. I baked one and a half portions in DEX 60, cooled it down - CLASS! Tall, handsome brown-haired!
But I’m itching to - they all smear cream, and I? Cut into 5 cakes. I took sour cream. Doesn't beat! I put half a glass of powdered sugar into it. Delicious. But it doesn't beat! Well, for more deliciousness, 2 sticks of coffee with milk thumped. Even tastier, but ... (further you yourself know).
Then it dawns on me that it would be nice to add an "Estimate". I climb into the stash, and there is no "Estimate", but there is a dry cocktail just add water... Not bad too, BUT the cocktail is STRAWBERRY !!! and I have COFFEE in the cream !!!
In short, she added, as the girls advised, starch, did NOT whip (because it does not whip, apparently I have such a karma), smeared it with what happened.
But that's not all. Well I smeared the cakes "upside down".
At the exit, I got a very tasty, curved leaning tower of Pisa.

And so I wanted beauty ...
Show this miraclewhish I will not. It's a shame. BUT TASTY !!!!

ang-kay, thanks for the recipe !!!

And the cream I win, victory I will master it all the same!
