"Kaleidoscope" salad

Kaleidoscope salad

Ingredients

beef fillet 600 gr.
Fresh tomato 2 pcs.
Cheese, hard varieties 100 g
Korean carrot 100 g
Bell pepper yellow 1 PC.
Green onions 50 gr.
Mayonnaise 250 gr.

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil the meat in salted water, cool and cut into strips (I took chicken, but I like beef better).
  • 2. Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into cubes.
  • 3. Chop green onions.
  • 4. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Stir the chopped meat with mayonnaise and put in an even layer in a salad bowl, so that later it is convenient to mix. Put the rest of the salad ingredients on the meat in sectors from the center of the dish, matching in color. Kaleidoscope salad
  • In the center of the salad, make a slide of mayonnaise. Serve without stirring. Stir just before use. It looks very impressive.
