Chicken meatballs with mint in sour cream sauce for the Brand 6051 multicooker pressure cooker.

Ingredients

chicken breast (fillet) 400 g
onion 1 PC
carrots (not used) 2 pcs
small squash 0.5 pcs
parboiled rice 0.5 st
a bunch of mint 0.5 pcs
vegetable oil
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • In the original recipes from the magazine "Culinary Workshop" (No. 4 2013) veal was used, and I have chicken breast.
  • Pass the meat, carrots and onions through a meat grinder. You can chop the breast (as I did).
  • Zucchini, peeled, grate, chop the mint.
  • Add steamed rice, zucchini and mint to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
  • Form meatballs with wet hands.
  • Next, fry the meatballs on the FRYING program until golden brown.
  • We put them in a mold and put them on a stand, pour water and turn on the steam program for 15 minutes. You can immediately pour sour cream sauce.
  • Chicken meatballs with mint in sour cream sauce for the Brand 6051 multicooker pressure cooker.
  • Meatballs can also be cooked only on the FRY program, but a couple more is a dietary option.
  • The sauce can be prepared and served separately!

Marina, is ready-made or raw rice added to the minced meat?
MariS
Galina, I add slightly parboiled rice - this is done for meatballs and cabbage rolls.
I really hope you like the meatballs. I discovered for myself this combination of chicken and mint.
Before that, with mint, I had delicious shrimp with avocado and tomatoes.
Gala
Marina, I did everything yesterday. As a result, I put the rice raw, and I also put raw in the peppers. I fried it a little in MV, then poured it over with sauce and simmer for 40 minutes. The yummy turned out to be awesome. Mint taste Yes, with mint the dishes open up very interesting!

Well, I'm with a report. Happened Chicken meatballs with mint in sour cream sauce for the Brand 6051 multicooker pressure cooker. The recipe will take root for sure. Mint put a little modest, in the trail. I'll throw more times. I added more carrots, so the color turned out bright. But it turned out that I did not have a mold for MV, something didn’t fit, so I didn’t pour the sauce, but I wanted to. Fried first, and then put in a double boiler. I thought I would bring it to my senses later, but everyone started asking for food that I had to serve it like that. But I really want to try cooking with sour cream sauce. Thank you

MariS, I want to cook your meatballs. Several questions came up:
1. If I pour fried meatballs with sour cream sauce, what program should I turn on to bring the dish to readiness?
2. Not found in sour cream. How much should you take? And how to make sour cream sauce?
MariS
shuska, if you do not steam meatballs, you can use the STEWING program. Just in the form of meatballs in the filling, they look beautiful and are taken out neatly.

Sour cream sauce is prepared at random. I have so:
Sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l, flour - 1 tbsp. l., broth or water 200 ml, salt, spices if desired, you can add butter.
Mix flour with broth, sour cream, salt and bring to a boil. Add oil at the end.
Pour meatballs with this sauce and turn on the program.
It is fashionable to make a sauce without flour, and use only sour cream and mayonnaise. Just mix and that's it.
Everyone has their own favorite option.
I would be glad if you like meatballs!

shuska
MariS, thanks for TSU
And for how long to put extinguishing? I am with a pressure cooker while on "you" and can not navigate in time)
MariS
The time set for the EXTINGUISHING program is 15 minutes. You can leave it, you can add 5 minutes. Good luck !!!
shuska
Thank you. I prepared it. Delicious
Cooked on Stew for 20 minutes. The only thing is not enough gravy turned out. And the meatballs themselves are a little overcooked. They turned out to be brown, and not like your beautiful delicate ones. Next time I'll try on a couple.

I am very pleased that you liked the meatballs and it doesn't matter what they cooked on another program.
Experiments are very welcome here!
If you liked the meatballs, then next time you will try for a couple.
Cook for good health!
