Round raw rice 1 m / glass
Onion 4 things.
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • I have homemade minced meat - pork + turkey +2 onions, egg, soaked bread, raw rice, salt, pepper. In a slow cooker, I set the other two chopped onions to fry on the "Baking" mode, while fried - I made minced meat.
  • We take out the onion from the multicooker, form the meatballs and lay the first layer:

  • and spread out the rest of the onion.
  • We take the cream and pour a little into each leaf, the rest between the leaves
  • Put on Stew for 2 hours.
  • The meatballs did not fall apart. Those who were below also retained their shape, the rice was completely cooked.
  • Please note that the cream is completely absorbed, so don't count on the sauce

Note

I didn't cook meatballs in a slow cooker before, because I didn't have enough of them in one layer. And cook rice for them ... But the minced meat turned out to be quite a bit and, remembering the peppers stuffed with raw rice, the thought arose - there is practically no difference! And then there was a little cabbage in the fridge ...

In general, meatballs are like meatballs, but maybe someone doesn't have enough of them in one layer ...

Well, it seems that you can come up with a new one in meatballs, but no, they did!

Great!

Really delicious! And if there is still cream with sour cream, to add a little sourness, mmm ...
Thank you Begemot133 for the idea with cabbage leaves!
