Rice with herbs, chili and black sesame seeds

Ingredients

rice 2 multi-glasses
onion 0.5 pcs
garlic 2 cloves
black sesame 1 tbsp
turmeric 0.5 box l
chilli 0.5 pcs
dry white wine 50-70 ml
olive oil and butter for frying
salt taste
jusai 1/4 bundle
parsley 1/2 bundle

Cooking method

  •  (Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)
  • 1. Cut onion, garlic and pepper into very small cubes. Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil into the bowl of the multi-cooker, place the chopped vegetables and turn on the "Fry" mode, time 15 minutes. Fry vegetables lightly, add white wine and let it evaporate almost completely.
  • Then add black sesame seeds, turmeric and butter (25-30 g). Stirring continuously, fry everything together. Add the herbs 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking. If desired, the amount of butter can be increased. Remove the prepared sauce from the bowl and set aside. Rinse the bowl.
  • 2. Rinse the rice and place in the multicooker bowl. Pour water up to mark "2", add salt, and turn on the "Rice" mode (nine minutes by default, pressure 30 kPA).
  • 3. At the end of the mode, add the sauce to the cooked rice, stir until smooth and serve immediately.

Tanya,! The color of the rice is rather lemon. The photo, no matter how hard I tried, distorts a little. And the taste of this rice is very similar to risotto - delicate and silky. Only the cooking technology is simplified.
