Meat in onion sauce for multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051

Ingredients

meat (I have beef) 4 pieces 170 g each
stewed tomatoes 470 g
red onion 2 pcs
pickled onion 160 g
Apple vinegar 15 ml
red wine (not used) 250 ml
olive oil, brown sugar
salt, white pepper, black pepper, thyme

Cooking method

  • A recipe from the book "Culinary Treasury", but in the recipe book for "Brand 6051" (p. 17) there is also one that vaguely resembles this one.
  • Let me introduce you to them, slightly modified.
  • First, in the FRYING mode, fry the meat and set it aside. Next, fry the chopped red onion in the same mode, add chopped tomatoes to it, then pickled onions and vinegar, wine (did not add).
  • Return the meat to the multicooker bowl, add thyme and brown sugar (1 tablespoon).
  • We turn on the EXTINGUISHING program for 30 minutes.

Marina, what great photos. It is immediately obvious that the meat is tender. I am silent about the sauce.
