  • My chicken thighs, cut at random. We turn on the "Roasting" for 15 minutes, wait for the signal, pour in some oil, put the hips and fry. When brown, add onion, then carrots. Then we close the lid, the valve is closed. "Meat" mode for 10 minutes (in my case, the chicken was frozen, I decided to steam it). After the signal, we wait for the pressure to equalize. We open the lid, juice was released from the chicken at the bottom. Pour the pasta, mix, pour 3 multi-glasses of boiling water, mix again, salt, mix again. Roast mode 10 minutes with the lid and valve closed. The pasta turned out to be whole, soaked in chicken juice. Delicious!

And for 10 minutes for frying with the valve closed. Poor Shteba squeaked from time to time, then subsided. The pasta came out delicious, soaked in chicken juice, soft.

Made in a non-stick saucepan. The thigh was almost a kilogram, the feather pasta was 500 grams.
