Lena look here I have inserted a video of how the ravioli attachment works. Reply # 841

I scribbled noodles from the morning.
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

Lena, began as you said, knead the dough in a blender. Flour 100 gr. + 1 egg. I twisted it, I looked: the flour was slightly moistened, the egg spread over it and that's it. It doesn't look like dough. Looks like my eggs are g ..., that is, small. I hammered in another egg. It became liquid. Added flour. In short, the dough came out. Such a good dough. Unrolled, cut. Dried in the oven on the "Drying" mode. Here

Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them

In the evening we'll cook and eat. Thank you, Lena , for the way of kneading the dough!

Irresponsible, you are Lena, girl!
I bought a noodle cutter for me and that's it!
Where is the course?
They are waiting for me to tell you !!!
When Lyusia bought me Dexa 50, she even downloaded the instructions for herself to help me, and wrote that she was responsible!
And you...................... .... cook it yourself, but tell us ............. .................

I'm going now IRR I’ll write why she’s not responsible for the fact that I haven’t made noodles on the typewriter that she sent me for a long time.

Yes, really, why doesn't it carry anything?

All right, I watched the video. WANT A hooah worth it? Lenok, can I moor to you like a bath leaf to one place?

We'll have to use the old disassembled stool from the mezzanine.

Will not work. We have to come up with something with the table. Because this thing needs space both on the one hand (where the rolled dough will come out with such a sickly towel), and on the other - where the noodles will fall. If you look closely, there is such a structure - on two fronts. So you need to attach it to the table, exactly in the middle, so that there is space.
So, while repairs, we need to think about this issue seriously.

Lena, I wouldn’t think you don’t have a noodle cutter!
I thought I was the only one behind.
My ravioli are still in the box. I'm making a bathroom, I don't want the ravioli to get covered with dust.
But I have dreams .................... ......

Irisha,
but what do we need fancy? I’m a stool on a chair, a chair to the table ... well, you can't go straight to the table, I really feel sorry for him, completely new, beautiful!
And everything is already ready in the renovated kitchen, it's late.

Can,Lena, stick around. I'm too shy to ask, but "one place" is I? I answered in a personal.
Girls I fasten on the edge of the table and I have no space. I roll out small towels and pull them out with my hands.
So teach me to communicate with YouTube, I will film and show the whole process.
matroskin_kot
I have the edges of the table so that I can't catch it with a clamp ... I have to dodge. We spread the table a little, thick plywood on top so that it does not tip over, well, I fasten it to the plywood .... Clamp, just fits. In summer, the summer kitchen is available. (I'm talking about a dumpling machine, and Kenwood rolls noodles without any inventions) ...
Catwoman
And in the form of ravioli, you can sculpt dumplings or not, did anyone do it?
Ikra
Catwoman , walk a little higher on the posts, there Admin she gave a link to her master classes. Everything works out and is incredibly beautiful! And also wasteless.
A very clever cutter is also attached to the noodle cutter, with which you can cut out such nice curly squares, the eye rejoices!

Ira, what kind of cutter? I only have the one with two wheels.
Ikra
Hmm ... I also have a plastic set with three ribbed wheels, which cuts curly strips, that's how it is. 🔗

Vikul and was not, and I do not have anyone like you. Each manufacturer has its own add-ons.
And it's not scary that I don't have it!
But the fact that you do not have a cutter with two wheels is probably bad? The thing you need for a noodle cutter? Although of course you can adapt.
Lyalya Toy
Of course not scary. I bought a ribbed wheel and it will cut perfectly if needed.
Ikra
Yes, the lack of both things is not fatal. Such a cutter, with a curly wheel, is sold separately for cutting the dough (I don't remember where I got it for a long time, but there is, you have to look in large household ones). And the one that cuts the tape at the edges can be easily replaced with a knife
By the way, Vika, I’m ready to give it to you, because now it’s too much for me. Almost new device, cut them a couple of times.
Vichka
Women's resourcefulness is limitless! Just think, there is no cutter! Yes, we can do everything!

So: Once I bought paper towels in a store and a wooden stand was included as a gift. Then in another store I asked for "Something narrow and long" and they gave me 5 plastic sticks (they seem to be from a drill), I still need a drill and someone who will make holes with this drill.
Further, everything is in pictures.

Ira Thank you! But they wanted to throw out the stand. Yes, and I forgot to say. This design is very easy to assemble and disassemble and conveniently store. Tie the black sticks to the base with an elastic band and you're done.

Eh ... and I'm still waiting for my noodle cutter ... I'll have to call the internet store tomorrow ((
I can't go straight anymore, I want to make a lot of noodles))))))))
Can the noodles be frozen in plastic containers, or is it not recommended for the containers themselves?

Wow, I didn't know. For some reason I didn't even see. I will definitely look))
GeraBradu
Girls, but someone probably made nests from noodles and dried them?
How to cook the nests so that the nest does not "spread" to the side? And then I somehow cooked, but it turned out that the noodles were floating by themselves ..
Ikra
I never did it. I mean, cook carefully.
Lyalya Toy
Anya look what I found.

How to prepare the nests so that they do not straighten and stick together? For this purpose, restaurants use a special shape in the form of a steel or aluminum ring. Its analogue can be an ordinary tin can, from which the bottom and lid have been removed. The inner surface of the mold must be greased with vegetable oil (Italians prefer olive oil). Then pour a mixture of vegetable and butter in equal proportions into the pan, set metal molds on it, inside which to place the nests.

The nests fried on one side are turned over with the mold on the other. After cooking, the finished dish is squeezed out of its shell onto a plate and stuffed with vegetables.

How to cook nests correctly

You can also boil pasta so that it does not lose its visual appeal. The secret is simple: in order to properly cook the nests, you must use a container that will not spoil the shape. For this purpose, you can use a regular skillet with high sides. Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil. Then gently place the nests in the boiling liquid, salt. Cook pasta for the time indicated on the package.

You can cook nests correctly and deliciously in a regular saucepan. The main thing is that the bottom is wide. Gently dip pasta into boiling salt water so that it does not turn over on its side. Cook for no more than five minutes, then remove the finished nests on a dish or baking sheet.

GeraBradu
Thank you very much))))) And I also found a way: put the nests in a colander, gently lower it into boiling water with olive / sunflower oil

Lena, thanks for the master class! Left to buy
1. Wooden stand
2. Something narrow and long complete with 5 plastic sticks
The drill and the one who will collect all this I already have.
Lyalya Toy
Ksyusha, and you go shopping for household utensils.
Maybe you can find a glass holder, it is wooden and with ready-made chopsticks.
If I get out on the street today, I will ask the store to take a picture of how it looks.
GeraBradu
Girls, I bought aaaaaaa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked the quality of cutting on plain paper in the store) Now I am tormented by the question: I have never made dough for noodles.Which test is better to start with? Maybe with kefir from Admin?
Aylen
The first time I made the dough in HP from the instructions. Frozen after cutting. And when I decided to cook it, the dough stuck together and didn't stick ... I did it with spinach. Then I tried the recipe for 100 g of flour - 1 egg. I liked it more. I cut it into thin. Wide. I cook homemade noodles Now this is the only way I do it (but with my hands, I'm afraid for my HP). At first it is very tight, but it will lie down, and it becomes so elastic.

Lyalya Toy
Are all the noodles put on the dryer or just a small part? I make 400g dough right away.
Lyalya Toy
Aylen I made 100 g flour. These noodles are put on my dryer.
Don't you have a blender? It is easy to knead in it.
Aylen
I have a glass blender (or whatever you call it), not submersible with attachments. What are you talking about?
Lyalya Toy
Aylen I'm talking about this.
🔗
Pour in 100 gr. flour, add 1 egg and begin to mix with pulsating movements.
It turns out to be a tight ball. Take it out, wrinkle it with your hands a little and let it lie down a little. Can be in a bag in the refrigerator.
Ikra
I am reporting on the use of raviol nozzles on my noodle cutter.
We did not make friends with her. No, probably, if I had messed up a pound of dough with filling, it would have worked out somehow, but the product is a pity. Specifically on the jambs: along the edges it chews the dough, which is why the layer with ravioli does not creep out as it should, cuts badly, pinches and even worse. It is rather difficult to calculate the amount of filling per eye, so when the dough runs out, it spreads over the rollers and stains the next portion. And the filling does not get into all the raviolins, some came out empty.
In general, this: the nozzle for ravioli in a noodle cutter is an unnecessary detail, the senior comrades said correctly
I will make ravioli dumplings, as before, on the good old platmass stuff, and if anyone buys a noodle cutter, look in the same stores for a ravioli mold with a small rolling pin. Exactly across the width of the layer of dough that the noodle cutter rolls. I think this is the best option.
Cut noodles and roll the dough, my noodle cutter is still gorgeous. Since I ruined a certain amount of dough along with the filling (and there was spinach, feta cheese and finely chopped carbonate), I rolled it all into a ball and made a gorgeous green noodles "with fillings" While I'm dry. I'll see how they feel in the finished product, and maybe I will do so, and not bother with ravioli

To check this for the "older comrades" it was necessary to buy this toy and spoil both the dough and the filling in large quantities. I checked it in the year 1992-94, then it was a pity to throw away the nozzle, I took care of everything - until it was ripe and threw it away

Yes, we do the right thing when we learn from our mistakes, not trusting other people's experience / mistakes
Ikra
Admin, Well, you can't throw away the Wishlist!
And dreamed. that, suddenly, I come across something out of the ordinary - a magic nozzle that will do everything better than others But miracles do not happen! But, nevertheless, nothing went to waste - I cut everything into noodles
Green-green noodles ... By the way, I have long dreamed of making with spinach, but my hands did not reach.
Ikra
No, I probably won't put it in recipes until I, somehow ashamed
Although, if it works out well, I will try to make an adapted version with different fillers, and then I will definitely.

Why is it embarrassing!
The topic is just the right one, on the subject of "what to do if ..... what was conceived did not work out, and how to get out of the situation"
And show the whole process in pictures
Lyalya Toy
Ira and nothing is ashamed. Expose!
I just read it, began to think how to "shove" blended brisket into the dough.
Ikra
I didn’t take pictures. We have one camera down in our family, and he goes to work with her husband.By his arrival, my shame is gone, one green beauty is drying up))))
Okay, next time I will shoot on the phone, there is also Photoshop, in the end, to fix too noticeable jambs.
Lyalya, I don't know yet ... I have a little filling left, I froze it. There spinach, feta cheese and fine carbonate. About 150 grams in volume ... I think, first I will mix the beaten egg there, and throw it into the bread maker for the "dough" program, and add a little flour to make a dense, but elastic dough. And then I roll it out and into the noodles I think that the blended breast will not go anywhere from the noodles, since fresh noodles are cooked for 3-4 minutes, they just do not have time to "precipitate".
Klimola
Dear ones, what would I do without you? I would have lived without a wonderful, vital (as another Wishlist explained to her husband) noodles !!! Yesterday my husband bought it himself (well, not without my tip, of course)! Peterhof RN-1601 I drive it all day today! I made a "million" dumplings, napserezil and thin and wide noodles. Pts. liked it in mushroom soup! Special thanks to Lyala Toy for a dough recipe 100g flour 1 egg!
My observations: some say that the noodles do not cut through to the end, as if sticking together. At the minimum thickness of the dough (1), everything turned out fine for me, both thin and wide, I did not dry the dough sheet - I rolled it into 1, immediately cut it. And when I decided to make the dough thicker (3, then 2), the noodles were not cut, dried, dusted with flour - it doesn't cut through and that's it! Conclusion: my good noodles are ONLY THE THINEST dough!
In general, I am so happy !!!
Ikra
Klimola Congratulations from the bottom of my heart! As a noodle-cutting neophyte, I also torture my family with noodles almost every day. I really like the process of cutting noodles.
How did you make dumplings? Hand-rolled dough from a noodle cutter, or do you have a raviol nozzle? I didn't have love with her yet ...
Klimola
Ikra, Thank you for your congratulations!
The process of noodle making fascinated me very much! The result is good! And she rolled the dumplings on a "Soviet" dumpling maker (since the amount of work was planned to be huge), which has been lying around for 5 years until today, we usually sculpt it by hand with a couple of mothers. My noodle cutter has no raviol. Yes, and I found it myself in our city in one place and in a single copy. And if I had a raviol nozzle, I, like you, would have taken it in the hope of a miracle!
Ikra
I, too, still have an old Soviet dumpling maker and a new raviol'nitsa made according to the same principle. But with rolling the dough in the noodle cutter, the process became quick and enjoyable.
