Crab pizza with zucchini

Ingredients

Yeast dough for thin pizza * 500 g
Crab meat, crab stick 300-400 g
Tomatoes 3-4 medium
Zucchini 1 medium
Cheese lot:)

Cooking method

  • Divide the finished dough in half and stretch it with your hands into thin 2 circles (you can roll it out).
  • Prepare the courgettes by cutting them into thin slices. I really liked to plan them on a Berner waffle grater for pizza - very appetizing and beautiful.
  • Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, here too Berner will help us on the main knifeless insert.
  • Well, cheese, of course, three smaller.
  • I would also like to say about the crab filling. Of course, it turns out super tasty with crabs, but, alas, this is not always realistic. Today I tried to replace them with crab sticks and was pleasantly surprised. The fact is that I have done with a crab stick before, but simply cutting it into pieces made an ordinary fish pizza. But today the taste has turned out to be completely different, thanks, of course, to the juiciness of the zucchini and a properly chopped, or rather grated stick. All that was needed was to grate it, that is, to make an imitation of crab meat in appearance. In this grated form, it completely covers the dough, thereby completely changing the taste of the pizza. The most important rule: rub the crab stick in a very frozen form, only then it will be planed with thin shavings.
  • In hot summer conditions, I took out a stick from the freezer, because even a minute lying on the table softened it and it became more difficult to rub.
  • Then put the filling on the dough: I put the zucchini on the sauce (I have mayonnaise with ketchup) on top of the dough, then crabs (crab sticks), then tomatoes and cheese.
  • Heat the oven to 250-270aboutC - the higher the temperature, the crisper the base will be.
  • Put the pizza semi-finished product on a baking sheet, turn on (if any) the fan in the oven. Bake until the sides are golden brown or whatever you like. It took me 15 minutes.
  • * Pizza dough I have been doing this recipe for a long time:
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 330 g flour
  • Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • If you make in a bread maker:
  • Sift flour, pour milk with yeast, butter, salt and put on the "Pizza" mode (two 10-minute mixes, with two 10-minute rises)
  • If manually:
  • Sift the salt with flour, add the liquid mixture, add oil at the end. Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained.
  • Grease a container for lifting, roll the dough into a ball and put in a container in a warm place for half an hour. Cover the container with plastic wrap.

Note

The dough itself is perfect for both pizza and calzones. You can also freeze it - the quality will not suffer from this. This dough is enough for 2 pizzas. Suitable for both thin and thicker pizzas.

Not at all. In addition to the main set, waffle and carly, others from Berner are still dumb, so I grated on a regular stainless steel grater. I came across some extremely successful and very sharp, though only one side, which is usually the most popular for everyone. It is precisely on it that it turns out, as it were, an imitation of crab meat with such a chip.

Made a lazy option - a ready-made pizza base + microwave 1000 watts for 7 minutes (zucchini crunched) + 5 more minutes. The rest is prescription. Very tasty, juicy, fast. Thank you, Oksana!
