IrinaYa, where did you see garlic in the recipe !? : girl_cleanglasses: Only oregano is the spice. Maybe it is in the original recipe?
Irina
carry2007, slightly confused in their bookmarks
Here in this recipe garlic - Bread with garlic, walnuts, basil and oregano I tried both recipes, but in the reviews I messed up

It turned out delicious, though it crumbled a lot, and the cap fell off, I think next time add less water ...
Households wondered for a long time what was inside? ))))

Well, what options were there?
Yes, we should have had less water .... judging by the photo ..
I myself fell in love with bread with oregano (oregano) from the instructions for HP - wheat flour / whole grain in half and oregano
Yara.li
Melisa72ru, there are not many options:
Raisins, algae ... for a long time insisted that this is seaweed
thought ... but when they started to pick out and try - they came up with it!

Yes, after all, in the original recipe, the error is not 320, but 220 ml of water) After seeing your result, Melisa72ru, I decided to try it with 320ml of water) Now I know which is better!

Melisa72ru, thanks for the recipe. I liked the bread, but the roof fell too. I don’t think that because of the excess water. l. fiber and 2 tbsp. l. flour of 2 grades. The gingerbread man was smooth, soft, but not sticky, usually a good bread is made from such a bun. I think maybe my yeast is strong and I should have had less of it
But in spite of the ugly roof, the bread is well baked, so spongy, fluffy and with a bright taste of olives and oregano
Next time I'll try it with less yeast.

There is a lot of water, the dough is thin. 320 is flour for about 500 grams. well, 450 at least
it is possible that it is so liquid that the olives "eat", and not spin like a top, but somehow it is too liquid ... then add flour later, after the olives
you can still sprinkle them with flour, probably
