Pizza 4 cheese

Ingredients

Pizza dough
Russian cheese 50 g
parmesan cheese 50 g
mozzarella cheese 50 g
Roquefort cheese 50 g
italian herbs 2 tbsp. l.
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • This pizza is quite popular, but for some reason I didn't find it on our forum. Correcting the situation.
  • I always prepare pizza dough according to the recipe from the recipe book for my HP Kenwood: 250 ml of water + 1 tbsp. l. olive oil + wheat flour 450 gr + 1 tsp. salt + 1 tsp. sugar + 1 tsp. dry yeast. I mix in HP, respectively. From this amount of products, I get two pizzas with a diameter of 35 mm (we love thin crust pizza). Ingredient weights are given for this size. (You can use any pizza dough you are used to).
  • Pizza 4 cheeseSo, a mixture of Italian herbs (I have "Tuscany", consisting of: tomato flakes, basil, oregano, onion, garlic, parsley, I also added a pinch of thyme and dried dill on top) pour Extra Virgin olive oil, mix and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Pizza 4 cheeseSpread half of the butter with herbs on a layer of dough that is rolled out and laid in a pan.
Pizza 4 cheeseWe rub all the cheese on a coarse grater (Parmesan can be replaced with any hard one, Roquefort - with any mold), cut the mozzarella into thin slices. It is better to put cheese with mold in the freezer for 30 minutes in advance, otherwise it will be extremely difficult to grate it
Pizza 4 cheeseWe distribute the cheese on the dough in the following order (of course, dividing into 2 parts): mozzarella, Russian, blue cheese, parmesan.
Pizza 4 cheeseWe bake in the oven, in mine it turned out 10 minutes at 230 degrees
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

The result is a thin pizza with an amazing taste!

Irochka, I love this pizza very much, thanks for the recipe!
Ligra
Took to bookmarks. And the dough is good with water + milk (50%: 50%).
Kara
Ligra, absolutely agree with you! But my caprices say that then she is "too lush", and they don’t have such a thing. Therefore, I have already got used to doing on the water. For me, it turns out softer with milk!
Ligra
Well, it depends on how you roll out the dough.
Kara
How not to roll it out, all the same, the dough will rise stronger in milk
Leka_s
Irina, have you ever tried finely crushed walnuts in such cheese pizzas? It turns out very interesting too
Kara
Oh, I haven't tried it! What a great idea Alena, thanks!
Ligra
Kara, I don't know, but I roll it out to a very transparent one and it turns out a thin pizza (the consistency of the dough is soft, I sprinkle it with flour when rolling out the dough).
Kara

Semyon Semyonich ...
Alyon, thanks
At first everything was clear to me, but here I got up, re-read it, but not at first, looked at the pictures, re-read around the "stumbling block", again carefully, reviewed the pictures, but still did not understand where to put the second part and why share
I just haven't tried this pizza yet, absolutely no tomato, only sauce and cheeses
should be tasty
Kara
Oh, Tatyana, while I was clapping my ears, Alena explained everything Alyonochka

Girls, the amount of any of the cheeses can be increased or decreased depending on your preferences, only with blue cheese you need to be careful, it is he who gives the piquancy to the taste. The original recipe contains "emmental", but it is completely replaceable with the Russian one, especially in the light of the latest sanctions. And French (again, due to restrictions) is still available now, but what will happen next ...In principle, I have been doing this with him for many years now - I buy a kilogram at once, cut it into pieces and into the freezer. In my family, only I love "natural" spicy cheeses, but as additives in various dishes - so they open their mouths and take out a piece as needed. Ideal for 2 months, I haven't tried it longer.

Thanks for the recipe. Mine, too, do not eat moldy cheeses in their pure form. So I think if they like cheese pizza, maybe this variant will suit them. I took it to the bookmarks.
