Oat milk porridge in a Brand 6051 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Oatmeal 1 m. St
Milk 4-5 m. St. I cook in pure milk (milk can be mixed with water)
Sugar, salt to taste
Butter is already ready and at will.

Cooking method

  • Today in the night I cooked oatmeal, I sooo love oatmeal made from grain, not from cereals, although of course I do not disdain to use cereals, but grain is a separate song.
  • As a rule, I slowly cook oatmeal and pearl barley in milk, but today I decided to cook it in Brandos.
  • I cooked in Manual mode programming stages.
  • Stage 1 - 110 degrees, time 15 minutes, so I brought it to a boil.
  • Stage 2 - 95 degrees, time 5 hours.
  • The porridge turned out to be sooooo tasty, melted, so tenderly creamy.
  • I ate it for breakfast and lunch.
  • I recommend to everyone.

Time for preparing:

5-6 hours

Tanyulya, what deliciousness!
Here I run on topics, licking my lips on oatmeal. Milk itself has no milk ...

So I wanted to put pearl barley milk in the morning and the cat cried the same milk, I bought only a half-ruble today ...
Natasha, thanks: rose: really tasty

Melted? !!!!! Well this is delicious!
And at 95C the porridge would have completely run away! Or maybe not...
In general, she once hit me from a multi, then I washed everything around for an hour.
I don't try anymore.
I will spy on your porridge and envy!

Linen, very tasty !!!
I cooked in Kukushka, Orsyukh, Brandosh at 95-98 and never "ran" in this mode
Did you cook in Borius? On Multipovar?

Zhen, yummyaaaa

The porridge is really very tasty and the color is amazing. From time to time I put it on at night too, only pre-soak the cereal. Thank you for reminding me, I must repeat.

Nope, on fucking "Porridge"! I didn't know then that this regime was not for milk porridge. And then the Borka girls talked to me about the Multipovar, everyone is doing great, but I’m already baiting!
Well, now, having seen enough of your porridge, I will still risk it. It seems hefty hefty!
Tanyulya
Marin, I never soak. And the color and taste well, sooo creamy melted.
Lenus, try on Multipovar, it certainly won't run away. I ran the same in Kukushka on Kasha, but on Multipovarevsё okay.

Thank you, Tanyul! I will definitely try!

I had to go to the store for oatmeal in the rain yesterday. The porridge turned out to be sooo tasty! Thanks for the recipe !!! I cooked in Brand 6050 on the porridge / steamed mode and nothing escaped. The one-year-old daughter liked the porridge.

: bye: And if you try this on soy milk? Perhaps I'll risk it. It's a pity the delayed start with manual mode does not work.

I do not bring it to a boil, but rather a quiet / slow mode in a slow cooker. And the same 5 hours come out and at one stage. The fewer body movements for the lazy, the more amazing the dishes are without our participation.

Oat milk porridge in a Brand 6051 pressure cooker

Oat groats of the highest grade - 1 m. Art.
Milk - 1 m. Art.
Water - 4 m. Art. (can be completely on the water for those who are lactose intolerant - 5 m.w.)
Salt - 1 tsp
sugar to taste (I have no sugar)
butter to taste

I washed the groats (without soaking), put them in a bowl, filled them with water and milk, added salt. Manual mode, t-80 ° С, time - 5 hours. After 4 hours, add butter and leave for another 1 hour. You can put the butter on the plate. It turned out delicious even without sugar and you can feel a well-cooked dish. I think it is perfectly acceptable to use a short Start + Heat Delay 1-2 hours to get a hot breakfast.

For the first time in the cooking process, I opened a saucepan, tried it and wrote it down: 2 hours - definitely not enough, 3 hours - the grains are still hard, 4 hours - in principle, ready, but you can still darken, 5 hours - ready, tasty and thickened.
After the signal, I measured the temperature of the porridge with an electronic temperature probe - 83 and 85 ° C closer to the bottom of the bowl. So our saucepan keeps the set temperature very well. And if the volume of the bowl is filled with more, then the t of the dish should just be about 80 ° С

I also cooked compote from dried apples without sugar. 85 grams of apples + water up to the max mark. "Manual" mode, t-80 ° С, time - 3 hours. The compote turned out to be "rich", you can drink without sugar. True, the taste of "broth" strongly depends on the taste of the fruit. Whether to add sugar or not is a personal matter.
