Note

Eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, butter were all from the refrigerator.
To better beat the eggs, I warmed them up in hot water. The rest of the products were slightly warmed up in the microwave (so that they were not ice cold).
Casserole 6cm high on the edge, slightly lower in the middle. The taste is delicate, it turned out a little sweetish. The raisins were of two varieties: small white and large black, they are very sweet.

The first time I hear about it, usually cold ones write to whip.
No pictures?

I photographed the casserole on my mobile, but I can't place the photo myself. I need the help of my sons, but now there is no one. So there will be later.

I would be glad if you use the recipe and post a photo.

A very long time ago, in my early youth, the pastry chef taught me to beat only heated eggs for a biscuit (if you beat the yolks and whites at the same time), beat quickly and the mass holds well.

Before taking out the casserole, put a paper sheet for baking on the bowl, 4-5 cm wider, then put the top steamer from the brand 502. Turn it over and put it back into the bowl with the paper, that is, the baking paper is at the bottom of the bowl. It's so convenient for me, it bakes well.

Yum)))) Thank you !!
Kristina, have you cooked this recipe?

I replaced the premium flour with buckwheat flour, added cinnamon. The casserole is delicious and the aroma is honeyed, but I did not use honey.

Kristina, have you cooked this recipe?
No, that's not why! Almost the same, I did in the oven and cottage cheese was 18%, without raisins. When the casserole is ready, I poured strawberry jam)))
