Braised cabbage with mushrooms (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)

Ingredients

White cabbage 1 kg.
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs.
Forest mushrooms (frozen *) 200 gr.
Fresh champignons 200 gr.
Tomato 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper mix taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Fresh dill, parsley, green onions
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Hot water 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Defrost forest mushrooms. Drain the liquid.
  • Peel the champignons, wipe with a damp cloth. Cut into 2-4-6 pieces, depending on the size.
  • Peel the carrots and chop coarsely (for example, with a Berner shredder 3.5 or 4.5 mm).
  • Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  • Coarsely cut the cabbage into strips.
  • Pour oil into the bowl of the pressure cooker. Enable fry mode... Heat the oil. Fry the mushrooms in butter (I put them all at once) until the liquid evaporates.
  • Add onions and carrots. Fry the carrots until soft. Add tomato and sour cream, stir.
  • Disable the FRYING mode.
  • Place the cabbage in a bowl, gently mash it with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Add bay leaves and peppercorns. Add sugar. Try to mix gently. Add hot water.
  • Enable EXTINGUISHING mode pressure 50 kPa, time 15 minutes.
  • After the signal, wait until the pressure drops.
  • Before serving, sprinkle cabbage with mushrooms, fresh herbs and green onions.

* With fresh forest mushrooms, it tastes a hundred thousand times better.
