Biscotti with cranberries and almonds

Ingredients

Flour 2 stacks
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Dried cranberries 1/2 stack.
Almonds (raw) 2/3 stack
Sugar 1/2 stack.
Eggs 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Preheat oven to 160 gr. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead the dough with your hands. Form a log and transfer to a baking sheet. Press lightly on top to flatten the log slightly.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
  • Cut the log into 1 cm thick slices (I'm thinning it), place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for another 12-15 minutes.

inside they are not dry at all. Of course it depends on the oven, in the old gas oven I sometimes got overdried.
