Cooking method

  • I wanted meat, tasty, tender and without spices, more natural taste. I decided to cook on the program Manual mode (PP). The meat was cut into small pieces and fried on the frying level 3 program. When the meat was covered with a beautiful golden crust, I added chopped onions, fried a little and turned off the program. I put the sour cream in a large mug, added garlic, water and spun with a blender. I poured all this into the meat, added salt and mixed. I closed the lid of the multicooker, turned the knob to the "closed" position and turned on the program PP setting the cooking time to two hours. After the signal, the meat is ready. Delicate, tasty with a small amount of baked milk-colored gravy, which can be eaten simply with fresh vegetables or with any side dish. Bon Appetit!
