I have a wonderful Shteba. In August she will have her birthday - a year like ours in the family. I am absolutely satisfied with the quality and speed of cooking by 0.7 and absolutely satisfied with the correctness and delicacy of cooking by 0.3. Vegetables, for example, are weirdly made with low pressure. And in general, it is not for nothing that it is called a multicooker - a pressure cooker. And if it cooks by 0.3 as fast as a pressure cooker at high pressure, what's the catch? It would be possible for manufacturers to leave one mode and not take a steam bath. All and beauty in Shteba in different modes at different pressures. S-T, correct me if I'm wrong. After all, it would be funny and surprising if two different modes worked with the same temperature, pressure, and, accordingly, the speed of cooking. For this they are DIFFERENT, for that there are two of them.

With such a ratio, my Shteba does not want to cook pilaf at a pressure of 0.3 for 15 minutes. The valve does not work, the cover does not block. I'm trying to figure out why. She assumed that one of the reasons was insufficient water. As a result, little steam is generated, no pressure is created. On the advice of Larisa, I will try the 0.7 Porridge mode next time with such proportions.
Ell, Larissa, I've already exhausted this pilaf - so many things I've tried. Today, I have the following alignment: Water needs a little less rice (for example, 2 and 3/4 mstk of water for 3 mstk of rice), carrots need 1/2 of rice, pressure is better than 0.7, time is 10 minutes. And yet - rice, unlike a cauldron, should be put UNDER carrots, on meat and onions.

Masha, I made according to Marina's recipe, but I am interested in a smaller amount of cooking time and plus languor, maybe someone did not 17-20 minutes.
I did in Belobok only on languor 85 * C 4 hours. Not bad, but still a little dry for me. Therefore, I switched to sous-vide at T = 68 * С 6 o'clock, but not in Belobok, but formed a sausage with a diameter of about 6-7 cm, packed it into vacuum and put it in sous-vide. I liked this option more.
Rituslya
Ell,I have the same characteristic Stebania as yours, so today I made pilaf on Kasha for 0.7-15 minutes without any unnecessary movements. The pressure built up very quickly, the countdown went even faster, and the result is amazing! Rice to rice, and the meat is very soft!
For 1 multi-glass of rice, 1 multi-glass of boiling water.

Girls, tell me please, can someone make a whole piece of roll from the podcherevka in Belobok on the Simmering mode or in the pressure cooker mode. The roll is marinated, but I don't know which mode to choose and how long it takes to cook. I saw such information somewhere, but now I can't find it
Masinen
About 0.3. In my Stab, the pressure 0.3 works fine. But when there is little or no liquid at all, then it is also not recruited. Look)
natalia27
Thank you so much for such a quick response. This is exactly what I was looking for. I could not find it because I was watching the preparation in Belobok.

Mashul, it works fine for me too, only longer. I just do not expect from a pressure of 0.3, which is held at lower temperatures, exactly the same result as at a pressure of 0.7, which is formed due to higher temperatures. These are different modes
Masinen
Larissa, fully support) I do not use 0.3 at all.I even cook porridge for 0.7. Automatically turned on and that's it.
I use 0.3 for baking only.
And in general, today I baked an awesome sponge cake with a taakka !! Only Shteba could bake this!
And I made a cake for my daughter, and today she is 3 years old !!

Zhanara, did you also add water with multi-glasses? Or are they ordinary 200-250ml glasses?

Multi-glass, 160 ml. Now I'm preparing pilaf again, although this time there were only 2 multi-glasses of rice. Boiling water poured 2 multi-glasses. Pressure 0.3. In literally 5 minutes, pressure was built up, the valve blocked and the time began to count.

Here they write that water is obtained on the floor - a finger is higher than rice, but my water does not cover rice at all, it is not even visible. For the first time when the porridge turned out, the water was higher than the rice. The second time the water was below the level of the rice, and it turned out to be crumbly. As well as now

Masinen, Happy Birthday Daughter! Health and happiness to the baby. Ah, what a beautiful name she has Yasmina

Masinen, Congratulations to mommy with her daughter's DR !!!
Now she has the coolest time, enjoy it, it will fly by quickly, unfortunately.

Masinen, I join in all the congratulations. Let the daughter grow up healthy, cheerful and beautiful, to the delight of dad and mom. This is truly the most golden time ...
Girls, please tell me who cooked the cheese according to the recipe book, how much cheese comes out of 1 liter of milk?
Masinen
Thank you all !!!
marinastom, about the biscuit Tanyulya filmed a video. Available in the recipe section.
I had such proportions
5 eggs
150 g sugar
160 g flour (just to be sure)
Porridge mode 0.3 time 1 hour 10 minutes

Ell, Larisa, it is better to do this:
1 liter of milk and 1 liter of kefir
Put on 60 g for 2 hours, until the serum separates. Then let it cool and lay on cheesecloth.
Ell
ABOUT! Masinen, thank you very much for the recipe. Do you need kefir not fat-free? In our stores, I saw a maximum of 2.5% fat. And there is milk and 3.9%.
Masinen
Laris, it is better to take milk and kefir in soft bags. And the fat content is all the same, according to your wishes.
Ell
OK, got it. That was not pasteurized and without any preservatives. Thank you.

Masha, why is this method better than in the book? According to the book recipe, it is prepared in just 15 minutes - that's how much time is saved. And you can eat faster.
Matilda_81
igorechek, for my taste according to the Machine method it turns out softer.By the way, the other day, I made yogurt fatter, and, like the cottage cheese, threw it on a sieve, the whey was decent and it turned out to be semi-Greek yogurt, semi-children's Temka curd. Who has small children, it seems to me the most
Masinen
Igor, well, I liked the version that I wrote. Mistletoe told me that.

igorechek, for my taste according to the Machine method it turns out softer.
I doubt it. After all, there is only one principle, and the speed of cooking most likely only affects the speed. Next time I will cook the same products according to 2 different recipes.
If there is a difference in taste, then it makes sense to do it for a long time.
For 15 minutes, it also turns out to be gentle, much more tender.

Well, for the first time I had a failure, Shtebochka failed! I made a honey cake on Biryusinka, also one and a half servings, also on Kasha, 0.3, also 1 hour 39 minutes plus another 20 minutes, also let it stand for 20 minutes (I was not smart enough to look in, check). I opened it, and there was unbaked dough on top. I baked for almost an hour, in short, the garbage turned out to be complete. He climbed well, you can see the marks on the walls, and then fell.
I didn't bake anything in Shteba, there was nothing to start, I would have continued in the oven, but no, I am tempted to try ... Now I won't calm down until I finish it ...
The temperature at the end of the program was only 115 degrees. It shouldn't be like that, girls? Where did I screw up? I often cook at 0.3, I really like this mode, but I never turned on Porridge at all. Maybe I have it too?
taty327
Maybe try Tanyulka biscuit? How the program will behave, the recipe is proven. Only they don't eat biscuits at my place ... well, you have to sacrifice something :) that's hooked!
Matilda_81
Svetlana, yes, I wanted to tell you, if you read a branch with Tanyul's biscuit, then at the end of cooking it has a tempera of 109 degrees. ("The highest temperature was at the end of the third time 107 degrees" - quote). So 115 degrees is fine.
taty327
Soooo, I see. Then what could be the matter? My joint? Which one? After all, Biryusinka did it!
Yes, I went, read, for sure, everything is ok. Then what was the mistake?
Natalishka
Svetlana, try "irza honey biscuit with soda". This is my first pastry at Shtebe. It turned out very well.
Matilda_81
Svetlanaand what a recipe. maybe one of the ingredients blundered? I was making Kulichik the other day in a bread maker, but he didn't get up, I sin on yeast and a cold apartment.
Fenya
taty327, Svetlan, maybe you baked in Shteba in a steel bowl ?. In the same way, I was tormented by bewilderment as to why my baking was not working, until I accidentally saw the answer: "bake only in a bowl with a non-stick coating." As soon as I bought this bowl, the pastries turned out right away. I wish you good luck with your cooking!
taty327
Baked according to the same recipe as Biryusinka, Angela's recipe. In a teflon bowl. The only thing you want to catch on is the amount of honey - there are spoons in the same place, not grams, maybe I shifted the honey, winding it on a spoon?
Thank you girls for your support! I'll try again, disgusting, because I won't calm down.

SvetlanaIt is sad that your first baking experience at Shtebe was unsuccessful. And with what glasses did you measure flour and sugar? There, the recipe is not specified, but in the topic itself there is a clarification that the glasses are NOT multi-cooker, but ordinary, but here recipe in grams per one and a half serving. If, as you write, you are "hooked" by the recipe, then try to bake the honey cake again.
By the way, just the other day, this honey cake baked in her Staff Fenya-Tatyana, and she seems to have succeeded: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=132067.0.html
Do not give up! Shteba bakes very well, perhaps the reason is really out of proportion.
Good luck!
taty327
Thank you! I wasn’t going to fall, I just goggled out of surprise yesterday - soon Shteba and I were plowing together for a year, never once had any punctures, but here it’s ... By the way, the upper half of the honey cake went off with a bang, wet, but tasty, really , too sweet. Perhaps I really overdid it with honey. In general, sweet pastries are not very highly esteemed in our country, so the next experiment is not soon.

I will soon have an opportunity from Russia, I wanted to order an additional saucepan in ozone for the head, it costs 790 rubles. So with delivery they counted more than 1,500 rubles. I'll use a Brand saucepan.

Girls, hello) I will repeat my old question again. Can anyone help me figure it out after all? Thank you in advance))

"Yesterday I made baked milk for the first time, 10 hours at 88 degrees. The milk came out very tasty, with a thick froth. Then I made fermented baked milk out of it. The only thing that confused me was that about 700 ml of baked milk came out of a liter of ordinary milk. When I opened the lid, it was there is a lot of condensation, there were just puddles in the triangle-shaped holes around the bowl. Question to the watchmen, is this normal? It seems to me that there should not be any "uvar" in the cartoon, because everything should be hermetically sealed. Or with such a long languor everything is such a situation possible? "
Rada-dms
Solistka, it seems to me that 10 hours is a lot!
Solistka
Rada-dmsAt the beginning of the first part, this was the recommended time. Maybe eight hours will be enough?
