I cooked some quick oatmeal yesterday. A little welded. True, I ran away a little, but I set the pressure to 0.7. In other cartoons I cooked on a multi-cooker 95 degrees for 10 minutes. Nothing ever happened

Thank you, Mashun!))

Yes, that's just porridge and I don't know. I put porridge in small portions at 01. Very small, 1/4 cup. I was still sick here, a child from the garden brought a virus, I myself was ill, now I am. So I just took it out, checked that everything was in order, and that's it. Even my husband was surprised that I hadn’t tried it yet. I'll probably try something tomorrow.

Zhen, congratulations on your purchase!
I cook hercules flakes and everything seems to be fine. In milk, at a pressure of 0.3 0.5 tbsp. flakes, 600ml milk

Fast is always welded, it is designed for 3 minutes of cooking.

I also have rolled oats to the bottom when cooking. In different saucepans, the result is the same. Pressure 0.3.

And I still decided to buy an additional silicone ring in YULMART. Thanks to the forum for the tip.

Masinen, and with porridge for 1 minute and a pressure of 0.7, is the normal temperature 217 degrees? this temperature puzzled me

Here I am preparing myself to my heart's content, I present my work to a friendly jury:

1. Soup from chickpeas and lamb shoulder (more precisely, all that is left after cutting the meat for manti). The chickpeas were boiled for a side dish (2 hours on the Meat mode). Set aside a little for soup. The soup was prepared for 1 hour on the Soup mode for 1 hour / giving 70, since the bones were immediately out of the freezer. When the soup was cooked, having tasted Nut, I came to the conclusion that it was just the soup - it remained whole, but inside it turned into puree.

2. Jellied meat (stew). Pure meat, cooked without water. Meat, beef and chicken. Mode Meat 2 hours / 70 press. The recipe is here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=311854.new#new

3. Vermicelli with meat (with stew). Steam mode 5 minutes, the pressure was released immediately. First, the water boiled, put the pasta and a piece of jellied meat and covered for 5 minutes. I poured water so that it was on a par with the pasta, first a little to a boil and then added a little.

Marina, everything is very appetizing. Soup with chickpeas and lamb is yummy, I love it very much.
Cool stew idea. Thank you!

Operation question. Tell me, in the Meat mode, in the first minutes, can it splash from the float? The valve is closed, the pressure is 0.7. Meat with sauce. I noticed it at the third minute. Disconnected, the float was not raised and the lid is not locked. I tried to remove the lid, immediately locked up and the float rose. Re-enabled the mode. Now everything is fine. Maybe you need to somehow check the float before each turn on?

Maybe you need to somehow check the float before each turn on?

Good evening! I am not checking anything. I have a silicone ring like a glove. This is how it works for me, when the pressure does not gain much, the valve makes a noise, just a little, this is in the last seconds, then there is some kind of hole on the side of the valve, from there it also hisses for about 5 seconds, then inside the float CAM rises, everything is blocked and the countdown begins ... Shteba herself works very quietly, neither hisses nor makes noise.

Girls!!! I have such joy, today I boiled water with a lemon and all the stains from the bottom of the saucepan have disappeared Now the saucepan shines like new

Many thanks to everyone for the advice! To celebrate, I cooked a hearty soup with chicken thighs (I already laid out the recipe), everyone ate it with additives, and my husband said that he had never eaten such a delicious soup, praised it straight that I felt ashamed. It was not me who cooked, but my beloved Shteba. That means how delicious it turns out when you cook with your soul

And immediately the question - why does she pick all the time ???
While I was gaining pressure on the Steam program, I did not pick, as the countdown began, it began - peak-peak .............. peak-peak ........... ... peak-peak ............ already and the program ended, and she kept beeping on heating - from 112 ° С to 106 ° С this peak continued, after 106 С it finally let it go
What to do about it, how to remove the beeping? There is not a word about this in the instructions
In general, the PAR program worked correctly
Masinen
Did you turn on the steam with the valve closed? If so, it will beep, this is a type of warning that the temperature is on the swing.
And it does not turn off. It also picks up on roasting)
julifera
Well, yes, with closed I checked how the pressure works
And this is Toko on Steam and Roast? Doesn't it pick up on other programs under pressure?
Tanyulya's video did not seem to pick up on Kasha
And why such an honor to these two programs - for being the most powerful - right?
Hmm, it's still unusual to work with such a peak
Masinen
Yes, just these two. And when it switches to heating, it also picks up, up to a certain temperature. And I don't even notice the beeping)
And if the steam is started with an open valve, then there will be no beep, but sometimes the countdown does not go) and with a closed one there is always a countdown)

I'll check it open.
In general, I did this, I poured only half a liter of water, after the pressure was released, I open the handle, raise it a little, by 5-7 centimeters, and I think - and what is such a heavy lid, and then broads - from the lid by weight the sticky pan flies off, back into the pressure cooker, into place itself, like a faithful dog. True, water spilled around a little, but most importantly, everyone is safe!

I updated the pressure cooker with cabbage soup. In time, of course, it did not work out quickly, but to taste .... Very rich taste, even without seasonings, the husband approved
I also had a peep, but so unobtrusively, I very quickly stopped noticing it. Although I usually pay attention to extraneous sounds.
While roasting, I noticed that the walls of the stainless steel bowl are not hot, you can hold it with your hands.

Mine, too, is clean, did not smell or smell of anything. I didn't cook lemon broth in it, I just washed it with Fairey, and immediately Biscuit started to bustle. Girl with me, I won't change the sex. But the boy will definitely come to his mother-in-law (I already gave him the name Jahangir, so I like this boy, from the famous TV series The Magnificent Century). We have already bought a Stebik for her, with a steel steamer, no watch, all instructions in German. He will arrive in Almaty on the 25th. First, we will take it to ourselves, and we will give it as a gift for the New Year

Masha, but I don’t pick on roasting. When I cooked pilaf, I put it on roast for 30 minutes. I never made a peep

I had the same thing! Then I did something on Roasting with the lid closed, and in the next cooking, she started beeping! And it picks when it gets very hot, sometimes I don't wait ...
Rick
Girls, I have this question. Why put cabbage soup for 30 minutes? It turns out that 30 minutes under pressure + while the pressure is relieving, it also boils for a long time, as a result, the soup is cooked for more than an hour.Does he need it so much? I’m thinking, will not 15 minutes be enough? Immediately I ask you to forgive me for such questions, I am a beginner pressure cooker, one might say, a kettle at all, so I can blurt out some stupidity
Lerele
I cook soups for 7-10 minutes. But the broth with them is always longer, the beef is at least 40, I like boiled, and the chicken for 15 minutes. From pork is very rare, I don't even remember how much.
Some of them are cooked right away with meat, from here, I think, and such a time.
Rick
Beef, yes, you need it longer. But I don't cook for a long time with pork, and even more so with chicken. Therefore, such a question arose. I immediately cook with meat, only fry the meat in a cartoon with onions and carrots. Thanks for the answer!
Lerele
I rarely fry anything in soups, if I cook it in broth.
I used to simmer the broth for a long time, and then the soup, the meat gave off its full aroma, the broths were rich. Nowadays pressure cookers are made faster, the result is the same.
ElenkaM
Recently, I began to separately cook the broth from beef, and the soup itself for 10-12 minutes. Quite enough.
Rick
I tried to cook borscht without frying onions and carrots. We didn't like it. But my godfather only loves without roasting. So - who likes what. And this idea is not new By the way, I was pleased with the roasting today - fast, in 8 minutes I did the whole reflow
Lerele
And I cook separately. In the evening I cook, then in the refrigerator or on the balcony. And before cooking, I almost remove all the fat and throw it away. Soup still depends on the taste of the broth, not the fat.
Rick
I don't have much fat. I myself do not like fatty meat and do not cook anything from it.
Lerele
Well, in borscht, I stew the beets separately, and sometimes I overcook all the vegetables. It depends.
With all my appliances, I have significantly reduced all sorts of overcooking, roasting, it still turns out delicious.
But in a year 13 kg is gone.
Rick

So I cooked cabbage soup without beets. The tomato paste gave the color, and my borscht always has a rich beetroot color, much brighter than cabbage soup.

Yul, for that the condensate does not get on the baked goods in Shteba, but everything is on the lid.you took it off and carried it horizontally to the side, but in other pressure cookers the lid must be placed vertically and all the condensate drains everywhere and onto baked goods too)
And I put the lid where it is exposed, I do not even think about it. Well, you get used to nothing)
