This is probably the Ukrainian suppliers bought a batch for Europe.
Mine is also one of the oldies - September 12 and China. It's even surprising where they hung around for so long.)))
Everything works. The growth icons are also present on the "Attention" cover in Russian.

I wonder what that would mean. Now, if I could be sure that they would bring it with the temperature setting, I would have passed it. But I don’t know what to do. Yogurt has something to do. I wanted the temperature for proving the dough, I still hope that a non-stick bowl will appear. Although, if the supplies are from Germany, then I realized that they do not have such bowls.

I called Germany to clarify the situation.
There are several versions of the DD1 model

1. "pure German" model in which there is no adjustment on the "heating" program and there is no delay start.
2. a transitional model that has an adjustment in the heating program, but does not yet have a delayed start.
3. with changes for Russia. There is a delayed start, you can set the temperature in the HEATING program.

"Pure German" does not mean made in Germany. All versions are assembled in China.

It is easier to buy a thermal sensor for a yoghurt maker than to cook without Shtebik, and we did not plan to provoke proofing in a multitude and pastries in Shteba, so we will not die without Heating. In general, of course it is unpleasant, the same sous-vide was planned for experiments at 65 ° C ...

And she also cooked Osovuko, took the recipe out of my head. I didn't take a photo, because I was tortured. The meat did not want to become soft in any way. Approximately 800 g osobsuko, I had it from the store, 1 whole piece, salt, pepper, let it sit for about 10 minutes. Fried it on the "Roast" on 2 sides for 5 minutes on each side. Then I switched to "Meat" for 10 minutes. It squeaked, I pulled out the meat. Chopped onion was poured into the resulting juice, carrots on top. Cut the potatoes into thick slices, salt them in a separate bowl, and mix them with the Provencal herbs. I put the potatoes in a saucepan in Stebin, made a hole, and put a special one in it. Added about 100 ml of hot water.Meat mode 30 minutes. When it was ready, I went and looked, the meat was harsh, left it on the heating for another 1 hour. Then everyone was hungry and sat down to supper. Chewed, but not really))))). All the same, yummy, the potatoes melted right in your mouth, everything was soaked in meat juice

Proofing, I already thought, can be solved by turning on the heating for 10-15 minutes and then let it stand as it rises in a thermos.

Moreover, the temperature on the Heating shows adequately! So you can track and turn off when you reach the desired one. But the truth is that our presence is required nearby and the second moment is all the same ten - it is heated up and will not immediately stop after turning off the Heating, so it can heat up even higher. That is, it is better to turn off the degrees 5 before the desired temperature.

Bijou, packing under water - how is it?
Well ... Meat in a bag, a bag in a bowl of water, the air comes out by itself. Gently grab it right at the product, wrap the bag with a flagella and tie it in a knot. Cut off excess. In a successful case, everything is so good that the meat does not float at all, in an unsuccessful case, it rises a little upward in the pan, then I lower the steam grate from above, which crushed it.))

Today I tried to put a steamer from Panas, it is becoming light and larger in size. O6lom-sss ... ((
To get up, she got up. And the flap was closed. But after two minutes, steam began to flow from under the lid. Not strong, but unpleasant. turned it off, opened it a few minutes later, preparing my own trough. And the potatoes are ready!
She was cut into slices and salted before cooking. Vkuuusno !!

But two minutes ??? No, I cook porridge for 5-7 minutes, but for 2 minutes this is a change.)))

Hello, 3 days ago we bought a Shteba pressure cooker, on the very first Zhen I decided to cook rice porridge according to Tanyuli's recipe. When the "porridge" mode was turned on for 0.3 for 15 minutes, after a while the countdown went off, but the valve did not close, it closed only after 7 minutes. Yesterday I cooked pilaf on the "porridge" 0.3 30 minutes - everything was as expected - the valve closed, and then after a while the countdown began. And later she again put the corn porridge at 0.3 for 15 minutes and, history repeated itself. Time passed, and the valve closed altogether after twelve minutes. Today I tried the "porridge" mode 0.3 with water (1 l), everything worked correctly. I can't understand what's the matter? Maybe someone faced such a problem? Help me figure it out, please!

Yes, the fact of the matter is that the porridge was not ready to the end, I had to finish it, and I tried to lift the black valve - the steam jet did not come out of it, and the lid did not block.
Look how ... I hardly cook porridge at 0.3, but even at 0.7 and correctly worked out the corn porridge (with milk) seemed to me damp in 15 minutes. If there was no steam from the black valve, then it was extremely strong from the small valve ?? Yes, this is not correct, something prevented him from rising ... Usually he releases a thin stream, because the hole in him is tiny. But if sometimes it still works correctly, then only you can track the pattern and fix it.

From the small puffed a little, the feeling that there was not even much and was seething. But I'm more interested in why this happens only with cereals, but with pilaf and water everything is OK

Here I am with this question. Well, if Shteba is standing in front of me, what kind of heating button will there be? Bottom right? Check the temperature setting for the heating function? I mean, that would come to the point of issue "O.-na" (70 km from us, and there will be 3 pcs. Shteby) to get and check everything if possible. Thank you.

Girls, hello! Please help me figure it out! I have already re-read all Temki, and here I was the first according to Shtebe, so I did not catch anything concrete. The long-awaited Shtebochka was brought yesterday. I began to test her. All programs work well, pressure builds up within 7-10 minutes (depending on the program), but!
- before reaching the set pressure, the water inside boils, steam appears from under the lid (mainly in front).
- as soon as it reaches the set pressure, everything stops hovering, the cooking timer starts and everything cooks normally.

the valve is normal, maybe it's a gasket, again we've read it, it doesn't fit very tightly to the metal rim, it moves easily.
We also tried to press the left upper edge when closing, as described above, and the gasket was checked. It's just that whoever writes that this is an obvious marriage, they exchanged and received a new product, where steam did not come from under the lid. I would like to understand if this is really a marriage and change? (sorry if I wrote something that is not clear)

Girls, take them to Shtebysts! I chose, chose, stopped at Brandik 6051 (since I already have Brand and am very happy with it, and I really like the manual step-by-step mode), but I bought Shtebichka for myself and my mother. Outweighed the stainless steel bowl. I explain - 12 chicks hatched 5 years ago, stood where it was warmer - in the kitchen at the stove, tested new coated pans (gift) ..., in general, one chick (!) Was saved. I later found out that the evaporation from the non-stick coating is fatal for them. And for children? ...I studied the question, everything seems to be fine, but the fact remains. I threw these pans out, now I cook only on stainless steel - sooo happy: you turn it over whatever you want, NOTHING STAYS, it is a pleasure to wash - I poured water for 30 minutes, scrubbed cleanly with a brush, and they are simply eternal. After that, the chicks never died (although they again stood there all 5 times). Until I regretted it. I cooked a steamed omelet (here the question is - steam poured, water 2 glasses, everything evaporated before the start of the countdown, the valve was open, the lid was closed), soup and compote (super!), Buckwheat porridge ("porridge" mode 0.7b 1 min , "languor" 3 hours) - super-super, casserole (mode "porridge" 0.3b 1h10min + 15min in heating) - super-super. NOTHING burnt and stuck to the bowl. I read about the "steam" program, I think it can still close the valve (?), The rest - no questions asked. In general, I am now Stebistka and with you. I AM REALLY looking forward to recommendations about milk porridge, maybe I missed something, do not swear, tell me - children prefer porridge or casserole in the morning. While making an omelet in a cartoon.

Well, the meaning is the same as for girls, first frying for 15-18 minutes, meat, carrots, onions, then we cook in Porridge, it is perfectly prepared for 0.3.
At first I set it up for 15 minutes, then at 12, and yesterday I set it at 10 and everything is ready. Mine said delicious, I haven't tried it myself, so I don't know.

Thank you! I actually thought so, since this is not my first pressure cooker, but my mother needs something to advise.
About pilaf - I did it in another pressure cooker, but I think the principle is similar. I put it according to Pokhlebkin - 12 minutes pressure + 12 minutes do not open (this is about rice, but I also applied it to pilaf). It always worked out! But I took the steamed one, not the round one.
I'm still waiting for instructions about milk porridge. I have a "non-kill" researcher inside, I really need experimental data to shut him up. Thank you all for the information and recommendations!

Elena, I probably answer late, but I just sat down and read all the messages)
The problem here is that when cooking it is one after another, the ring does not have time to cool down and therefore the pressure cooker cannot gain pressure.
Or the ring has slipped and you haven't straightened it.Which can also be the reason.
You have on. The cold ring is working fine and gaining pressure, right?
I cooked porridge 2 times on a cold ring. Now I tried again at 0.3 - again the countdown started, the valve did not work and in general the porridge did not even boil. I put it on 0.7, everything worked correctly.

Yes, I forgot to note, the ratio of rice / water is 2 / 1-1.5. I did not describe myself, it was MORE water than rice. Only in this way, taking into account the water and juice from carrots, onions and meat, you get crumbly rice in a pressure cooker (this is how my neighbors from Uzbekistan taught me).

I am now making a casserole at the "Porridge" according to the Machine recipe. My time is running, the valve does not work, the lid is not blocked. Apparently because the pressure is low

I have already managed to make this casserole 2 times in 3 days, it turns out super. At a pressure of 0.3, the valve closed without question both times, set it to experience 1h10min + 15 minutes in heating (well, about that, since she was busy, my daughter was responsible for the casserole). But the first time I checked it - the valve was closed (I, however, add my 3 rather big eggs + my yogurt 275ml for 520g of cottage cheese). She turned nothing over, everything was baked.

And Shteba cooks rice in milk for me for 7 minutes, is it really longer in water?

I, again in another pressure cooker, cook rice porridge in milk (Kuban round-grain rice) according to experience for 5 years in the ratio of rice / liquid = 1/7. Liquid - 1/1 milk water. Mode "porridge" 20 minutes + heating for 2-3 hours, because I put it on a delay at night. The pressure was not set there, but since it was possible to bake on it, I think it was low (like 0.3), the valve is closed. Other types of cereals (5 cereals, corn, millet, wheat, long-grain rice) were cooked mono or in combinations in a ratio of 1 / 6-6.5. I always wash millet many times so that it does not taste bitter and often do it with my pumpkin. The mode and parameters are the same. However, I soak pearl barley and whole oatmeal for 5-8 hours in water, drain pearl barley, and use oatmeal infusion and also cook 1/7. I also always add butter 50 grams and sugar 5-6 tbsp. spoons. I haven't cooked in Štebicka yet, but I think to use the same ratios and a 0.3 bar mode with a delay.

And it tastes better for me on water and add milk, and it is in MV that such porridges turn out to be very tasty, rich, it will be very fatty in milk alone.
