Cooking method

  • Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add onion, chopped in quarter rings and finely chopped garlic. Fry slightly until transparent. At this time, dice the tomatoes and very finely the ginger. Add to a saucepan, stir. Add salt, sugar and fish sauce immediately. Cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in water, bring to a boil. Beat the eggs with a fork and pour in a thin stream, stirring the soup in a circular motion. Turn off and add green onions. Taste for salt. If not enough, then add salt.
