To Gencha:
Thanks a lot for the carrot cake! I liked it very much!

Then Julka:
You have come across some boors in the store! Not only did they not test it when they sold you the oven, they also accuse you of the wrong approach to buying. Of course, after plugging into the network, the stove emits a long signal and numbers appear on the monitor (and not after half an hour !!!). I hope that you will successfully exchange the stove and everything will be fine!

Hello everybody!
We bought mulka 5004. I unpacked it, read the instructions, put everything together, put the ingredients, put the vat in the stove, pressed it on 2 sides, then checked it, then plugged the plug into the socket, the stove squeaked 2 times, it buzzed very quietly. And that's all. The instructions say that after a beep, all sorts of different indicators are displayed on the display, after which you need to select a program and press Start. For me, after a beep, nothing was displayed on the display for an hour. Accordingly, it was impossible to select anything when the Start button was pressed, the stove did not react. The dough has not been kneaded. After more than an hour, the flour began to get wet, the stove was turned off, the food was taken out, milk and eggs were added, all this came up on the battery. And we got pancakes.
Maybe I did something wrong? The store said that everything is displayed on the display half an hour after plugging into the outlet. Well, for half an hour it definitely stood on, even more.

Interestingly and in which such a store such boors work?
I would smash this stove on their heads for such words

I also baked rye on the 3rd program. I decided not to be smart. Although before that I studied Temko about rye.

For this week, I baked lemon and round loaf. So I fell in love with the stove. And this creak darkened the joy of the acquisition ...
Actually, there should be some play on the stirrers, otherwise how would you shake out the bread ..
Before shaking out the bread, I will twirl a little to the right / left from the back side with my hands ... and that's it ..

Hello everyone, welcome a new baker !!!

For the second day I was blessed with the stove, I chose intuitively, in general, I have a long-standing passion for the design of Moulinex, but for those. har-kam is not disappointed yet either !!

I use it for 2 days, I baked bread from the instructions - score 5

And the one you are talking about, it turned out 1 small crack, which gives piquancy in my opinion, the taste is also good !!! It's according to an old recipe, here's an antique roof
I tried to insert a photo of my resulting bread according to an old recipe!

I also like the recipes from the catalog, I just sometimes adjust them for myself due to the lack of some ingredients (whole flour). The last discovery was bread on green tea with dates, delicious, only I made from wheat flour + bran (instead of whole one)

Good day to all bakers! Take to your ranks! I became the happy owner of a bread machine (my husband gave it for the New Year!) I already baked baguettes, simple bread, bread with onions and bacon (by the way, the family really liked it), and yesterday there was an experiment with rye bread. Only now the top is torn, tell me how to deal with the torn top? Thank you in advance!

Svetkin_spb by prescription, by prescription, but what kind of flour and yeast?

Svetkin_spb
Hello to you! :)

Flour Predportovaya, bakery production of St. Petersburg, premium wheat, Saf-moment yeast.

The baguettes were made classic yesterday, ponra !!!! Nothing harsh, otherwise I read a lot, already imagined that it would be necessary to bite the crust

Thank you so much !!

Just give me freedom, only I myself eat rye bread according to an old recipe, it is called, because on a diet it is still forced, but as soon as it ends - I want to try everything !!!

In the meantime, I bake for my parents, we carry our labors with my son in the evenings. I want to find something tasty with corn flour, we generally fit recipes where gluten is at a minimum. Can you tell me where to look, I would be grateful, I myself look for it in the evenings when the little one sleeps.

And my inscriptions are erased, I bought them in December 2008, but there seem to be stickers in the kit or are they in other languages? I haven't looked yet ...

I have a question for an experienced baker, tell me. very good I want tasty rye bread, I only have dry kvass from the arsenal of necessary things, but I read separately how to make it, so I wanted to find a recipe with it, and to be prompted on what mode in Mule it is baked.

Help the starving person, because of the diet I can only eat rye, I bake delicious food only for other family members. I can eat where 50-50 rye and wheat goes.

Thanks to the kind people!

Svetkin_spb ,
Look at this recipe, even very:

Regarding the modes ... Everyone adapts as best he can. I will speak for myself. Having tried a lot of programs and their combinations, I settled on the following:
1. Double kneading in the "Yeast dough" mode (the first time the kneading oven is turned off, the second time the kneading together with the proofing, that is, the "Yeast dough" mode is completely), at the end of the program I leave the bread in the oven for another hour ( sometimes less) for further proofing.
2. Then the program "Baking" 1 hour-1 hour 10 minutes (depending on the size of the loaf).
For me, this combination of modes turned out to be the most successful, IMHO. Rye always succeeds, the main thing is to give it a proper distance.

Svetkin_spb,
maybe you have already seen, but just in case I will give you a link on the topic "Rye in HP, if there is no such function". There the forum users share who bakes rye bread and in what mode:

Hello! Try the rye before baking (while the proofing is in progress) grease the grows with butter with a silicone brush. Not a panacea, but it helps me!

Hurray, registered! Oh, and suffered! Me, too, "husband, for the New Year. I bake every day, everyone squeaks with happiness, and I am the most.

A question for experienced bakers:
What is the temperature of baking-proofing at different modes ??? Does it change? For example, dir # 1 is the main and dir # 2 is a French bun? I searched everywhere, and in the "search". Nowhere .... Found, just that t-ra tena in another! models (LG?) 192 deg. And that's it!

I baked on the # 1 program and everything was super! There was a gorgeous feeling "I am a skillful hostess, I even bake bread !!" And everything worked out, both rye and muffins. I decided to try # 2progr on about 30 rolls. White bread for sour milk. slightly (1 tbsp. l) sweet. The result was upsetting, there is something you can, but there is no view. The crust is 5 mm, torn inside, loose, and wet, the roof is sinful, it has leveled itself, it came out flat, late, it is impossible just before baking.

Without additional information, in comparison with the instruction, to TRY THE PROGRAM 2,3.4.6.7.8 desire has disappeared completely !!!!

The stove is cool, no doubt about it, the baguettes are a fairy tale! But I want to use everything !! bells and whistles. Tell me, dear masters of bakery, do YOU bake anything on THESE programs?

Or am I boring ??? Or handles- ?? And the pigeons are fed by old neighbors ...

By the way !!!
Kneading-proofing time in different programs I found it on the forum (I wander, I have been reading for 2 weeks already). It is very useful, because rye bread in M-5004 - == alas, there is no program, and Borodino No. 9 is complicated, it takes time and special additives. If anyone needs it, I will give a link, I don't remember. Where

baynovirina Good day! I baked bread on program 2, I really like it.I won't say about the temperature, but about the recipe, I used from a book (white bread), the recipe where you can add all sorts of extras. add ingredients. The only addition to the recipe is table 2. tablespoons of sunflower oil. At the moment of the sound signal, after about 20 minutes. added bacon and fried onions. The aroma is such that it is impossible to sit still, everyone likes it very much. I also baked sweet bread with dried tangerines on program 4, I found the recipe here, if necessary, I'll post it later. Good luck in baking !!!

I use the Binova 2 program to make a large baguette \ this is what I call it \ that is, I stupidly multiply the recipe for a baguette by 2 and bake only half a spoon of yeast on the second program, it turns out great
3 program is well suited for rye, first the dough mode - knead - turn off - then 3
gluten-free suitable for baking bag mix
7 try be sure bread without salt has a very original taste and sports is good only there are a lot of ingredients
at 8 I made omega 3 bread turned out well, but other baked goods on this program turn out badly
but in general try EVERYONE FINDS HIS TASTE

Second experience.
Here is a cupcake according to the recipe from the book.
It got melted, rose, but ... still very lemon (although instead of the prescribed 1.5 lemons I put literally a drop of zest and a little lemon juice too) ...
That is, for those who love - everything is well made.
But I will look for myself a recipe without lemon at all.
Baguettes are next.

Thanks for the answer! I haven't tried it yet, I recently baked Borodinsky, so the family still doesn't want anything else ... Already 5 loaves in 4 days
Yukka
Julia, what was the recipe for baking Borodinsky? Share?
And I was lucky with my family. My husband hates Borodinsky since childhood. Mom and I are eating my bread. And my husband seems to be jealous of me for her. And criticizes my pastries. Today I even ran to the store for black, saying that there is no normal black at home.
I bake with honey and wort.
I don't even know where to find a recipe to look like a store one? Nobody will tell you?
kinski
Yukka , I love gray ... try to bake with 50/50 wheat flour
Yukka
kinski, it's not about proportions, apparently. There are 325 rye and 225 wheat according to the recipe.
And share your recipe, please.
kinski
Lately I've been baking more rustic ... with whole wheat flour ... and so my standard recipe was:
280 g of water, 1.5 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter, 1.5 cups rye and 1.5 cups wheat flour, if available, you can add agram and panifarin, and 1.5 tsp yeast.
I also add bran ..

Yukka,
Have you tried Borodinsky for the Lazy? Very worthwhile bread!

Yukka
kinski, thanks! I'll try. But, I think, my finicky, again it will not be so.
Krosh, I read it, thanks.
I really want to bake. But the trouble is, almost nothing. No agram, no panifarin, no malt, no extra-r, no molasses.
You can get Agram and Panifarin only at the All-Russian Exhibition Center, right?
And the rest where to look for ???
Crochet
Yukka ,
Yes, only at the All-Russian Exhibition Center (if I am not behind the times, I always buy there) ... All that is required for this bread can be bought in one place, in the "House-bread" at the All-Russian Exhibition Center (agram, panifarin, malt, extra -r, molasses and many more additives).

Hello, Dear Bakers!)))
We have been choosing a stove for 2 weeks. Studying your community, we have chosen Mulenex 5004 for the time being (and the baguette holder played an important role in this choice), but I want to clarify one question ... Is it possible to bake mmm 8 instead of 4 baguettes, how do I imagine buns ??? Has anyone tried this? Or is there not enough space for them in the uniform?)))
Thanks in advance for your answers !!!
yuliya_k
The molds for baguettes are quite narrow and generally small, it seems to me that the buns will just stick together during the baking process. But the baguettes are delicious!

We chose this stove because of the two stirrers.
Tserekyan
So I thought so, judging by the photographs of baguettes))) But in this regard, one more question))) Is it possible to make a dough for 4 baguettes, but divide it into 2 halves. 4 buns from the first bake, and leave the second half (probably in the refrigerator?) day? can you store the dough ???)))
yuliya_k
I have the opposite problems, I have to knead at once for 8 or 12 baguettes, otherwise four quickly eat
As for storing the dough, I don't know ... you can definitely store unleavened foods, even for several days, but yeast ones ... write a personal message to one of the luminaries, maybe Admin
Tanyusha
Tserekyan personally, I sometimes leave the dough in the refrigerator until the next day, put it in a bag and wrap it up, but just leave some space just in case it can grow. When you are going to the oven, take it out and let it rest for a little min. 15, then shape into buns, let the dough rise and bake.
Tserekyan
Everything, I decided, we buy Moulinex with baguettes !!! I also consulted with my grandmother))) she said that yeast dough can be frozen without problems or until the next. day put in the refrigerator))) as I wrote tanya1962 so thank you very much for the advice !!!
We just don’t need a lot of bread, it’s mostly a child who eats bread, but he will not master more than 2 rolls a day, although bread is his favorite food)))
Thanks a lot, everyone!!! While reading the messages, I was convinced that the choice fell on the most beautiful stove))) yes, users of other equally beautiful stoves will forgive me
I think we will order this weekend))) I went to study the list of the first things necessary to be fully prepared for buying a stove
yuliya_k
Tserekyan, happy shopping!
See that everything was (complete set) in the store, without leaving the checkout.
