Chicken Stroganoff (Brand 6051 multi-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

chicken breast 2 pcs.
onion 1 PC.
sour cream 150gr
tomato paste 1 st. l.
tomatoes at will, I put
grain mustard 1 st. l.
starch (corn or other) 1 st. l.
garlic

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet into longitudinal slices about a centimeter thick. Peel the onion and cut into half rings of medium thickness. Fry.
  • Add the starch and stir in the chicken.
  • Mix sour cream, mustard, pasta, chopped tomatoes and pour into a bowl, add garlic.
  • Switch on the "extinguishing" mode for 15 minutes.
