I'm confused ... should I be so upset about the fact that 1/2 download is missing ??? Does the auto program turn out not replace it?
Oca
Gressi, of course not! Really, once every 1-2 days you don't have a can of milk, ketchup, a bottle of cucumbers, a bowl in which you kneaded the dough for a cake, a salad bowl, a bowl of a food processor ... this will take half the dishwasher and open it up in it If anything, there should be a fast program.
Gressi
Fast is, at 30 degrees only -20 minutes. And a car from 1.5 hours. As I understand it, at 30 degrees you won't wash much

Here's something lately, suspicions that the manufacturers of modern household e technicians, having set a certain fee, plans in advance the lifetime and the day of death of the device, which, for example, cannot be done with simple mechanics. Or they put units and assemblies that, after a certain amount of time or the planned number of working cycles, simply crumble into dust. Or are my suspicions groundless?
I once wrote that (alas, I can't find it through a search) that for most electronic PMM and washers, electronic units are produced by one European company. I don’t remember what kind of service life of these blocks is about 5 years and in fact they do not die, only the solder with which they are soldered ages and the reason for this is new lead-free solders and (or) unused technologies for their use.As a result of aging, elements (capacitors and relays ) hence the "failure" of the PMM
Dmitry P.
Tell me, has anyone tried Actiff powder. The price is very attractive, but it is alarming. Manufacturer Belgium.
Gressi
I got my PMM, and I sit in shock with a disassembled kitchen and I don’t know what to do next! For 2 weeks I chose, the whole Internet was re-furred and as a result I bought the wrong thing! It does not fit under the countertop, well, no way, although the sellers of "Mall Street" assured that the size is suitable. Please tell me who returned the goods to the online store ?? How long does this return procedure take? I don't really like living without a kitchen
Gerda1
Gressi, but in your PMMke the lid is not removed ???
we have a freestanding one, the lid was removed, they were stuck under the tabletop - beauty ...
Gressi
Gerda1, they say that the lid is removable, but we measured it and it turns out that without the lid it is not included. There, above, behind, some stones are attached, and it turns out that from these stones to the floor 83.1 cm, although today they called from this store and again they say that 82 cm, but I no longer believe them. It turns out only one option, to remove the legs completely, but it seems to me that this will not work, because how to align it? The old old-fashioned way ??? to put books ??
Taia
Gressi

Do not get excited
You still have time, within 14 days you have the right to return the goods to the store. When I bought my dishwasher, the sellers themselves told me about this.
And at the bottom of the dishwasher, the legs do not twist, can you lower them? It happens that it is provided by adjusting the legs, you can adjust the height.
Write your dishwasher model.
Gerda1
Maybe still try to remove the lid (if you haven't removed it yet) and try it on not by centimeters, but in real life, so to speak ...
Oksyusha
The stones are attached .... We had a freestanding PMM Bosch under the countertop, we removed both the lid and the black plate, which serves to prevent the freestanding machine from turning over (this plate lay on the roof of the PMM about half a roof in size). If you build the PMM under the countertop, that this weighting agent is not needed, we had it in the pantry. If that's what you're talking about ....
By the way, we almost screwed our new machine under the table top: victory: t. to.it was 5-7 mm higher than the old one, and the sides of the tabletop were glued and I didn't want to tear them off ... but we did it, so you try
Legs are usually sold screwed in, you can only unscrew them, that is, make the machine higher ... although you never know
Gressi
I wonder if it's easy to remove the cover? Or in order to try on you need to call the installation wizard? Oksyusha, I have these stones screwed to the back wall, that is, it turns out they can be safely unscrewed if you drive them under the tabletop ??
Oksyusha
Well, if these are the stones that I am talking about, then it is possible, in theory, in the installation instructions it should be said about this ... And what model?
To remove the cover, the master is definitely not needed. At Bosch, she just dressed and snapped, at Ariston it was necessary to unscrew the bolts, even I could do it ...
Gressi
Model Asko D 5434 XL S, there is not a word about such an installation in the instructions! But in the store in which I bought, they claim that the size is 82 cm, and that it is possible to build in under the countertop
Oksyusha
Everywhere it is written that 82 cm, most likely the stones are unscrewed. And you call the manufacturer, they have the motto "Always ready to help" and the phone number on their website .. Oh, I saw it, it says that they only sell ...
Gressi
It is useless to call them all, managers are sitting there, they read from a piece of paper, they themselves do not understand a fig
Oksyusha
Well, there are also contacts on the official website of ASKO in the Russian Federation, service centers are indicated there, they may also know there. Well, you can try it yourself, as a last resort, remove the lid (this is provided), and then according to the situation. On the official website of ASKO they write that everything is easily adjustable by the height of the legs
Gressi
Adjusting the legs does nothing, you can only do it higher, I'll try to call their service. Somehow I didn't want to call the master from Moscow, but there is still communication. Well, the question is, why did I succumb to this advertisement ??? They write everywhere that 82 cm. I wanted another PMM, and it is installed with the same problems. A long choice is sometimes not good!
Dmitry P.
And I am with my problems.
Yesterday I bought Finish Classic powder. Tried three times, he loses to pills. This is normal? How can you check its quality (maybe a fake)?
Packing plastic canister, 1 kg, poland.
As far as I understand, no one knows about Actiff either.
Taia
I only bought Finish Classic powder once.
Opinion - There are leftovers somewhere in this canister ... I will not buy any more.

Similarly, I only poured the powder into a jar and rolls around, and now I pour Domol powder from a pack into a plastic canister.
Gressi
I report)) the machine was connected, they drove it under the tabletop, but there was a problem again)) I certainly apologize, probably not on the topic, but after washing the dishes and the door are all with a white coating: girl_mad: No test strips were attached to the machine. The question is what to remove ??? What to add??
JessyBri
Gressi, congratulations on your assistant!
White is most likely salts from water. That is, the tap water is too hard. The salt consumption must be added accordingly.
Regarding the test strips: you can buy at any pet store where aquariums and fish are sold (where the definition of hardness is very relevant) or try to type in a search engine "average water hardness in ....". True, for Vinnitsa, these data did not completely coincide.
By the way, in the instructions for the PMM, as a rule, there is a "problem and solution" at the end or something like that. There are usually "drips", "whitish bloom", "foam" and so on.
UPD I found it: if white spots appear on the dishes, then you reduce the supply of rinse aid, and if there are water spots, you increase it. Also, white bloom may indicate that there is not enough detergent or salt.
Gressi
JessyBri, I read the instructions twice, I don’t know about it. I found out about the stiffness in the district - just I don't really understand how to translate it into some degree, we get 7 mmol / l, but in a typewriter it is necessary in ° dGH
JessyBri
Gressi, The post above was supplemented.
From millimoles - I won't say (I don't remember), but if the hardness is in equiv / l then the figure needs to be multiplied by 2.8 and there will be German degrees of hardness))
UPD: and found again:
1 German degree of hardness is 0.1783 mmol / l
We translate one dimension into another and we get that your water is VERY hard (if really 7 mmol / l). Accordingly, we set the salt to the maximum
By the way, at the end of winter the hardness of the water is maximum, and in the flood - the minimum (I'm talking about the one that flows from the tap). So if you are a maniac, then measurements should be taken once every 2 months approximately. In fact, of course, this is not necessary.
Gressi
I have two scales in my instructions, one German, the other French. According to one, it turns out that the salt is poured just right, on the other a lot (this is if 7 multiplied by 2.8), I found 6-7 meq / l, like the average hardness
JessyBri
You multiplied millimoles, for them you added the recalculation above.
Multiplication by 2.8 is suitable if the hardness is in mg-egv / l, and not in mmol / l (I wrote above).
For French degrees of hardness, 1 degree is 0.099 mmol / L
You get a little less than 40 German degrees and about 70 French degrees. And so and so - the water is very hard. Again, if you start from the 7 mmol / l indicated by you
In my first post, the causes of stains and plaque after washing dishes are described.
In the same place, where to get the indicator strip, to determine not the average hardness "around", but the hardness of the water that flows from your tap.
Gressi
I found 6-7 meq / l, that is, in German it turns out the greatest 19.8 and in a typewriter I then get one division more worth, that is, it turns out a bit too much ???
JessyBri
Quote: Gressi

I found 6-7 mEq / l, like average hardness
Quote: Gressi

we get 7mmol / l, but in a typewriter it is necessary in ° dGH
Decide on the dimension of your "6-7".
If mmol / L - all the recalculations are higher.
If mEq / L, then for German degrees (° dH, ° dGH or ° dKH) we multiply by 2.8, and for French degrees (° TH) we multiply by 5.
I repeat once again: now is almost the end of winter, the water hardness is maximum. In the middle of spring it will be the minimum for the year, so correction may be necessary. Or maybe not - depending on how much the local water utility manages to compensate for these differences

I will also say that when choosing BEKO dishwashers from online stores, I realized that many of the stores print some kind of characteristics on their websites. Therefore, do not believe their characteristics and descriptions of online stores, check them with the manufacturer's official website.

This is true not only for dishwashers, but in general for any technique.
I faced this repeatedly.
We must be very careful about this, so as not to be disappointed later.

For two years I dragged around with this idea of a dishwasher ... either there is money, but it's a pity, then there is none ... then I already made up my mind, but could not choose a model ...and then I was looking for a place in the kitchen for a long time and tediously ... I have a non-standard kitchen (set) .. there are no upper drawers at all (I don't like it, it puts pressure on my head), so there is very little storage space for dishes, and there are a lot of dishes. At the same time, one working ruler with drawers 50 cm deep (further gas pipes under the countertop) .. there is not a single dishwasher with a depth of less than 50 cm, and the second working ruler (the kitchen has a corner) is short, there is only an oven and next to a single cabinet depth 60 cm. So I donated to them.
As a result, I will have a dishwasher, an oven and only 2 drawers for everything in the kitchen + a small drawer under a deep sink, where cleaning products and a trash can.

Everything was decided by an unexpected prize, issued on February 1 with the words "New Year" and I decided to transfer the kitchen set, ordered a dishwasher. I am thinking of redoing the 2 remaining drawers to make them more convenient and more spacious, I will deliver a cargo (the only thing that still fits under the countertop, I will try to rub the furniture maker about the small drawers instead of the basement cap. If it works out, I will make another cabinet for sitting with a lid and hide the ceremonial dishes there and I will make another small sofa on an empty loggia, where it would be possible to hide something under the seat too. I will sort out the dishes and give the old and boring ones somewhere (mom, grandmother, friends, etc.) So I will soon register for the topic about kitchen furniture)))

In the leaf of my dreams, I will now write a dacha for the dishwasher ..))))
Gressi
makabusha congratulations! Which one did you order? Although I still don't understand everything with salt and rinses, I'm still happy with the assistant. I washed all the dishes that I found. Everything shines like new

Good day! Dear hostesses, does anyone have a miracle - a Beko DFN 6833 machine? I choose my first PMM, I have no experience, I have not seen them in their work anywhere, but according to the description of programs and characteristics it seems to fit, for the price it is also the best option. In view of the inaccurate information on different sites, there were questions of this kind: what kind of drying does this model have? (and how is it better or worse?) What coating is inside? (stainless steel or ..?), and what does "Partial leakage protection" mean? (what is the difference from "full" - where to put a straw?). Well, the quality of washing and drying, of course. The fact that in general they are satisfied with the brand here, I understood, but in my opinion I did not see anything about this model. Thank you in advance.

What kind of drying does this model have? (and how is it better or worse?)
Ordinary. Like most PMMs. Turbo drying in more expensive models simply shortens the cycle by 5-10 minutes.
what is the coating inside? (stainless steel or ..?)
Stainless steel. I have not seen anything else in our market even in the most budget models.
and what does "Partial leakage protection" mean? (what is the difference from "full" - where to put a straw? Smiling)
Full protection also monitors the integrity of the inlet hose. But in any case, this hose goes in a protective sleeve, if it bursts, the water will first go into the body. And there the protection will work. So "partial" is much better than none at all.
Well, the quality of washing and drying, of course.
To a large extent, it depends on the degree and type of dirt and the detergents used. And the machine itself - the degree of ease of use.

Lovely hostesses ...
Et I pierced (But I saw dear men here))).
Jefry, thank you, and yet about drying: ordinary means condensation (as I understood you), turbo drying - blowing with hot air (also my speculations), and when they write active drying - how to understand?
sazalexter
Quote: innesss-ka

and when they write active drying - how to understand it?
This is a turbo
Jefry
Turbo drying is not hot air blowing. This is an additional tiny fan that speeds up the condensation process a little. Active drying is also a turbo, only called another word. There is still some kind of zeolite drying, but due to the very high cost of the machines where it can be used, I have not met any feedback from real users.

So I took it successfully. It remains to pay a debt to a friend.
I just remembered how Antonina asked questions: how is drying? as a function of 1 \ 2 ?. Now I myself cannot answer for sure. I have not tried the half-load function, the passport says two baskets work.
Drying is also not clear. There are holes in the side walls, but there is no sound during drying. Why are they not clear
