Probably a year later, I remembered that I also have a 3 in 1. I decided to make waffles using yeast. All around the people wanted Viennese, but this is probably because they did not know about Brussels, which I, until I started writing about the results, called Belgian.
The waffles are the most delicate, but sugar, no offense to the author, seemed to be not enough for everyone. Increased 4 times, but added over the recipe only after 2 proofs of the dough. As a result, I did not find anything that would remind of the presence of mineral water in the recipe. Although, to be honest, I replaced some of the mineral water with an additional egg and vegetable oil. I completely replaced creamy with it. I have been doing baking for so long. I have imported oil, called "natural unrefined frozen sunflower" of Pavlovsky Prospect, Voronezh Region. We do not buy sunflower seeds in St. Petersburg, we bring 50 liters with us every year - this is part of what is issued on shares. There is no oil in St. Petersburg with him in taste and aroma and is not worth it. In general, waffles are delicious. On the first two unsweetened ones, the daughter responded that buns, but when she came for the second one, she replied to my proposal for condensed milk that she would easily eat such buns. The next ones already came with added sugar. Everything rises perfectly when baking.
A few words about my unit: this is the Smile RS 3631 waffle iron, spat upon by everyone, with a power of 750 W (3 in 1), purchased at Yulmart's discount with a full guarantee for 650 rubles (I looked at history) and safely forgotten. To spite enemies, she bakes everything perfectly and evenly. Unless I would add a little power to it up to 850W. The switch, the absence of which is so indignant, is completely unnecessary. But it is worth turning it off from the network when the red lamp is on - the thermostat has tripped and power is not supplied to the heating elements. The thinner the dough, the softer the waffles. To the state of a biscuit - yellow, like the sun and soft, as I call them, cook in 7 minutes, until a blush with a slight crunch - 8 / 8.5 minutes, crunchy and about as dark as here in the pictures - 9.5 minutes. I prefer the first two options. In terms of cooking speed, this is, of course, not an American waffle, from which pancakes fly out, just have time to stack them. But the waffles are very thick, you can't eat much and, as it turned out, because of this, they don't fit into the toaster, but I would like to. You can still bake nuts on it, but donuts are just wheels and, from my point of view, do not deserve a serious attitude.

PS: it seems to me that complaints about the time of baking such thick wafers arise from a misunderstanding. Maybe I'm wrong, but 7-9 minutes. for such a thick waffle is quite adequate time. But then I blundered again ... remembering that it was better to eat the waffles warm, I decided to put them in a thermos plate ... and some of them became damp and began to resemble pancakes, the other part was right.
