For some reason, it didn't occur to me to cross freeze with potatoes. With rice and pasta - always welcome. And in potatoes - only onions and carrots. I decided to correct this injustice. I don’t have a recommended unit, the usual cartoon was busy, so I cooked in a cauldron. Well ... it took longer. But whoever understood life is in no hurry
The chicken was replaced with the leanest pork; the vegetables turned out to be peas and green beans. A minimum of spices (lavrushka, allspice peas and a few stalks of parsley) very successfully set off the taste of potatoes and vegetables. It turned out very tasty, I dare to report to you. It is also attracted by the opportunity to cook variably and from what will be available. I took the recipe into a secret notebook, for which many thanks!

I really love frozen vegetables. They go great with potatoes and rice, and with meat and fish. Even the soup with them is amazing. (I'll try to make a recipe one of these days)
I fried them, cooked them, stewed them, made them in a double boiler ... Tasty, but not that. But the result from the pressure cooker - I was completely satisfied! The taste of the vegetables is amazing.
The main thing is a minimum of spices. And you can take any meat, you can even without meat. But it tastes better and more satisfying with it. ))))
