Tomato ketchup 2-4 st. l
Dried ground mushrooms or mushroom sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Worcester sauce 3 tbsp. l. (I did not take)
jelly blisters 2 tbsp. l. (I did not take)
Brown sugar 1 tbsp. L. (I did not take)
Vinegar or lemon juice 1 tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Bay leaf 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Today I cooked a piece of pork according to the recipe from the Kenwood Dolgovarke book

  • I will write an original recipe and what I did

  • Rub the meat with salt and sugar, fry until golden brown in a pan. Coat with sauce on all sides and transfer to DV. Fast mode 4 hours + I had another 1 hour on the heating. After 2 hours of stewing, turn the meat.

  • The meat is very tasty. The one that I cut hot was a bit dry, but the one that was left to cool in the sauce is just fabulous, juicy and soft.

  • I forgot to take a photo. In general, I'm still not very used to taking pictures of what I'm cooking
