A hammer for beating meat.

I beat it off, salt it, pepper it, poured it in breadcrumbs / or instead of croutons, grated cheese can be poured on top of /, on a baking sheet / I came with the AG included / and in the air grill. Grease a baking sheet a bit with oil, otherwise it will dry out.
You can also wrap it in foil, then without crackers, but with finely chopped pepper.

I do it at a temperature of 170-180 (if it is more, it dries up, I need to fill it with cheese or lubricate with mayonnaise), the blowing speed in my AG is not regulated.
Time depends on the meat. Poultry is pretty fast, pork takes longer, beef takes longer. It is better for your model to individually define.
