Butter cookies (on yolks)

Ingredients

Egg yolk 3 pcs
Sugar 200 g
Cream 200 g
Wheat flour, premium 500 g
Salt
Baking powder 10 g
Vanillin or zest

Cooking method

  • Grind the yolks (I have 4) with sugar and salt, add cream (I have 20%). Add zest or vanillin, baking powder and sift flour. Mix.
  • The dough is soft enough. Roll out 0.5-0.8 cm thick, bake at 180aboutFrom 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
  • Cookies are well stored - it turns out 2 baking sheets, do not eat at a time
