Do you have a bucket that does not pop out when kneading?
isin
No longer it turned out to tighten and now everything is fine
mr310
Brewed a loaf of 60% rye, the rest is high grade flour, on whey. Mode number 1, the only trick is a tab 750 gr. baking 1 kg., very appropriate. Added caraway seeds - wonderfully good. And well, his this 3rd mode in the bath, at least for now.

Good day!
Can you please tell me how to remove the disgusting PEAK in BM250? Maybe some wiring to disconnect?
patrold
natalubina
There is no mid-cycle beep in French mode.
natalubina
yes I would remove ALL the beeping!
mr310
We'll have to disassemble the apparatus, and then it's a matter of technology. If you have experience of climbing in a computer. with a screwdriver, then there will be no problems drowning the squeaker. You can also leave the wires in place, and seal them with something soft and sticky, highly refractory (in the sense of plasticine will not work).
Jefry
Oh, and she understands so badly, but she's going even worse ... In addition, after disassembly and assembly, mine began to rattle more subjectively during the kneading process ...
patrold
Actually, unless absolutely necessary, it is better not to disassemble the x / n itself.

I was told in the service center - bring it in and turn it off.
But I don't want to pay money

Nope, in the process the light blinked and went out, and when it appeared, HP did not react to external influences. So I foolishly disassembled it, but I had to turn it off and wait a little longer ... Although there was an idea to put the volume control on the beeper.

A round piece of paper with a hole in the middle came along with the stove in the box. This piece of paper depicts the 250th oven and a round bucket for baked bread and it is stated that this bucket is an accessory to the oven. The question is - what kind of picture is this? And if this is not a dummy, then where can I get the specified accessory?
bizon
here everyone writes: "dough mode", "kneading", "main" ..... etc. and which mode is what in VM 250. are there any scheduled modes on the forum? and then sit with a stopwatch and guess near the bread machine what mode 5 is, for example, somehow not with your hands. I didn't have a passport when I bought it, they sold it without anything in the M-video .... I went to find out, they said that I had to check it when buying. like there should also be a disk. in general, there is nothing but unnecessary stickers and a measuring cup

please tell me, if I want to bake with live yeast, then the yeast needs to be dissolved or just crumbled?
Tanyusha
May @ it is advisable to pre-dissolve and leave for 10 minutes.

It's also a good idea to add sugar (from the total) when dissolving.

SOS !!! My bread maker is 5 days old and she refuses to work. Today she baked bread in it. And for the evening she wanted to bake more, but she does not turn on. I'm shocked, what can I do? You can't return it, just need a service? I was so upset, only the taste began to enter ...
Jefry
Calm, the main thing is calm! They won't leave you in trouble here! Please describe the symptoms in more detail. Is there anything on the display at all? Have you tried turning it on to another outlet? Have you tried the switch on the back wall back and forth? If it remained plugged into the outlet, and the voltage surge passed through the network, HP could freeze. The segments on the display then light up randomly. It helps a complete shutdown for a long time, about forty minutes. Good luck!

Where do you live, where did you buy.
May @
I bought it in Zaporozhye. Today I took my stove to the service, because I can’t live without it (I quickly got used to it.) During the day I baked a loaf for my husband on the road, and in the evening I wanted to bake it for home. I loaded all the ingredients, wanted to try fast with semolina from Elena Bo, but it was not there. I plugged it in, pressed the button in the back, and the display is empty, no signs of life. I had to knead with handles and bake in the oven, not throw it away. I called the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights, they said only for repairs, she is also under warranty. I had to take it.
May @
Thanks for your support, I hope so too. The main thing is that during these few days I realized that this is a vital thing for my family. After all, the bread in it turns out to be tastier than the store one and I think it is more useful. It is strange that for some this technique does not take root. My friend's bread maker falls into dust, but I miss her ...
May @
While the stove is being repaired, I will gain experience. I often read that they pull out the spatula after kneading. To pull it out you need to press the button Stop press? And if again on start Will she continue the program or will she start over? Or maybe it's better to pull it out of the network, does it save the program for 8 minutes in memory?
Jefry
Let's start with the fact that there are no stop buttons at all ... And there is no need to press anything at all to pull the blade out. She stands calmly for herself, take and pull out. Another thing - is it necessary? Well, I understand in rye it is possible to have only one batch ... And in the usual one - a hole in a loaf bothers me much less than poking a finger in the dough ...
isin
"Stop" will be obtained if the start is held for a few seconds. Then the current program will stop and you can select another program (only baking for example) or repeat the current one from the beginning. I use this function a lot
May @
I just thought that if you do not hold the button, but briefly press it, then the program may only pause ..... Everything is clear, it means just pull it out of the network for a couple of minutes. I ask this for the rye bread, I will also bake it. And on which program, 3 ???
Today we finished homemade bread (which was the last one I baked) and bought a store one in the evening, (n) yes, the difference is noticeable, homemade bread is still tastier. (y) And my daughters agreed with me. Tomorrow I will call the service, find out how serious the breakdown is and how long I will have to wait.
isin
I always made rye on the first
May @
isin, and pulled out the scapula? If so, when exactly?
isin
I did it with and without a spatula. I pulled it out just before baking,

And your favorite bread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ic=6928.0 I always do it without a spatula, take it out after the last kneading, and level the dough by hand (for some reason, only this bread in the HP never lies flat on its own) then it still fits and bakes before baking :)

The given recipe for Panas. On Ken, it may turn out differently, since the modes do not coincide.
isin
patrold, this bread is very tasty in kenwood, I made it MANY times and even changed many ingredients, it's still delicious. Only always in this bread I follow the bun and at the end I take out the spatula, and from the dough I manually form the bread. This and gastronomic are my two favorite breads
yulia59
I join the owners of HP kenwood 250 True, there is no experience at all. I baked bread only twice and this is what I noticed: the first time I baked it according to the recipe from the disc - it seemed to me that the liquid was too much, the bun was not forming normally, I had to add a little flour in the second batch. And the second time I baked milk bread according to the recipe from the forum - everything is fine, the bun turned out as it should and I didn't have to add anything. I measured all the components with a measuring glass, a measuring spoon from a set and an electronic balance (accurate to the gram). Tell me, is it something wrong with HP, or are the recipes on the disc not suitable? How do you get white bread with the addition of eggs (the very first recipe)?
May @
yulia59, I got bread with eggs, but I did not like it, it gets stale quickly.
isin
yulia59, I didn't get a few loaves from the disk, there was also a lot of liquid ... then I decided not to experiment and began to take recipes from the site :)

Thanks for the advice. Probably, I will not take more recipes from the disk either, especially since such a variety of recipes are more interesting on the site.

HP for about a year, when I bought it, there was only one kind. And now there are 5 types in stores. I am happy with my stove, although the instructions are minimal and when you do everything for the first time, a lot is not clear. There are no recipe CDs, so many thanks to the site for their help. Flour and yeast are also different everywhere, even when you buy them here, it always turns out differently. Even after all, a lot depends on the mood. Again, the site helps to cheer you up and you want to try, so contagious are people sharing advice and their achievements. Thanks everyone!
Jefry
the kneader shaft began to wobble a little and something black like grease crawls out from under the oil seal. I still amused myself with hope, here someone had a "familiar turner turned it in five minutes ..." I'll go look for a new bucket
I bought HP in August 2007, it worked almost every other day ...

Jefry the kneader shaft began to wobble a little and something black like grease crawled out from under the oil seal This is not a lubricant, this is the development of a knot Look, repair of a moulinex bucket ...

Good evening! Does anyone have a description of program 3 for kenwood 250? And then in my instructions program 3 for ken 350 is mistakenly described twice. And I need to know how rye bread is baked.
patrold
May @
patrold, I went to this link, I looked at the instructions, too, as I did. The description of program 3 is the same, twice for ken 350. There the duration is more than 4 hours, but in fact, when I turn on program 3, it shows more than 3 hours on the display (I don’t remember exactly the minutes and see not how, my work is working now) ...
May @
And someone click on your HP program and tell me what time is indicated for the 3rd program, maybe this is my quirk of some kind?
Jefry
Yes, indeed, there is a typo. In the English instructions it is written correctly - 3:48 maximum ...
May @
Jefry, but could you write the duration of each cycle for this program? And then I baked psh-rzh bread, I'm not very happy with the result, I want to understand the reason.
Jefry
Yes, I, too, could not find the reason, so I bake psh-rzh like this: first, knead on "dumplings" (like 8 prog, 15 minutes), then the first program. So that the bread does not fall off, after the main kneading (five minutes after the beep), we climb into the dough with our fingers and take out the spatula. But my best option is different. First, twice "dumplings", then in a warm oven for an hour and a half or two (as it rises well), and then raise the temperature to 180 minutes for forty-five. I take it out of the mold and for another five minutes in the oven until the "store" dark color ...
May @
And I honestly already thought to bake psh-rzh according to this method: the TEST program, there is a long kneading and lifting for an hour, then turn off the HP and let it still stand until it rises to the required height, and then for BAKING. The next time I decide to bake, I'll try it this way.

Colleagues, I really want to slightly adjust the software settings of the machine to suit my preferences, but as far as I understand this is an impossible thing.
I'm thinking right, huh?

Right. Correcting the digit "2" to "4" in the model number with a marker does not help ...
mr310
It is a pity, however, but I can hardly remake the brains of the stove, all the same, age affects the quality and speed of thought and design processes, and you still need to look for appropriate equipment.
I would like to make 25min as the main recipe for white bread.kneading - 30 min. 1 proofing - 10 sec. kneading - 50 min. 2 proofing - 60 min. baking. It works great in a semi-automatic and faster than a standard one.
