  • In the grill, I put the ribs on the lower grill, and on the middle one on a tray (I have one with holes in the kit) I laid out the potatoes and everything else and turned it on for 40 minutes, 220 *, high airflow. In the process of cooking, I interfered with potatoes 3-4 times, and 10 minutes before the end, I changed places with meat, while adding time for 7 minutes and pace. increased to 260 *
