Ingredients

Small gherkin chickens 2 pcs.
Cilantro, parsley 3-4 branches
Young garlic 4 prongs
Ground black pepper and salt taste
Lemon juice 1/3 lemon
Mayonnaise (thick sour cream) 2 tbsp. l.
Large young potatoes 4 things.
Spices for potatoes 1 tsp
Salt and mayonnaise (sour cream) for potatoes taste

Cooking method

  • I propose to pamper yourself with a delicious dinner by cooking chicken marinated in summer herbs with the addition of young garlic. And the young baked potatoes fit perfectly here!
  • - Wash my chickens, dry them, beat them a little along the ridge and in the area of ​​the joints, refuel the legs in the slot according to the rules. Do not beat off strongly, the meat and bones of the gherkins are very tender.
  • - Herbs are pounded with garlic, mashed with a fork or a special press. Grind with salt.
  • - Spread the chickens with a mixture of herbs and garlic, pour lemon juice on both sides and put them in a bowl, let them marinate for several hours, keeping them in the refrigerator under the lid. It is better to turn the chicks once.

  • - My potatoes, cut into long slices. Young do not cleanse.
  • The potatoes are now sold "oak", so fill the slices with boiling water and let stand for 15-20 minutes. This is not required for normal potatoes.

Lubricate the potatoes with mayonnaise, quite a bit in order to get a delicious crust as a result. We spread the slices around the chickens, the rest right on the bottom of the mold for the chickens.
