Dry White Bean Soup (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Chicken thigh 2 pcs.
Beans 2 gorets
Potatoes 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Cabbage a little bit
Salt, pepper, herbs

Cooking method

  • On Toasting 1 level 1 minute make a fry with an open lid onion + carrot. At the end I add the chicken fillet cut into pieces. At the end of the mode, add the beans-potatoes-cabbage. Bulgarian pepper was "dying" in my refrigerator and everything that I could save from him was sent here. I took cabbage purely symbolically.
  • We pour water and Chicken bouillon
  • I took the beans "Mistral" fine white, without soaking dry directly put them in a saucepan. Cooked just fine !!!

Cooking program:

Browning 1 level 1 minute + Chicken broth

Beans like this

By weight, I think about 100 grams, but with a chicken it is more difficult - I just buy in a substrate and immediately pack 2 things into the freezer. You can take any meat as much as you usually take for broth. If I make bouillon-free soups, then I take only as much meat as I want it to be in the soup itself.

If you take larger beans, then the program should be set differently - it will take more time to cook.
