Dor Blue cheese
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the pears into halves, spoon out the seeds and some pulp with a spoon. Put pieces of spicy cheese like Dor Blue in a heap into the hole. Bake on a greased top wire rack for 5-7 minutes at maximum temperature and speed. Or as you see fit... This appetizer goes well with wine. And without wine - great. The taste is non-standard, but I really liked it!
