Buckwheat Soup for Cuckoo (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Meat (or ready-made broth 2 liters) I have 2 wings of a homemade turkey
Onion 1 PC. average
Carrot 1 PC. average
Potatoes 3-4 pcs.
Buckwheat 0.5 multi-glasses
vegetable oil for frying vegetables 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Greens (parsley, dill) 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Boil the broth on the "Chicken broth" mode, at the end of the program, strain the cooked broth into another pan, separate the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces. In a multicooker on the "ROASTING" mode 3 level 6 minutes - fry the onions (diced) and carrots (grated on a fine grater), simmer for a couple of minutes. Disable the program.
  • Return the broth to the slow cooker, add the meat, add the washed buckwheat. Add diced potatoes. Close the lid and start the MULTIPOOK 120C program for 4 min. After the end of the program, let the salt and herbs stand on the heating plate for at least 10. Bon appetit.
