There are some points that need to be improved, but this concerns the components.
The recipe is wonderful, the minced meat is a little harsh, but it's my own fault, I had to do it like for cutlets. Next time I'll add some bread. Pepper, broccoli - the flavor combination with chicken is excellent, and besides, the color combination is pleasing to the eye.
I completely forgot about sour cream and mayonnaise, it still turned out tasty.
The idea of ​​the molds is super!

He baked in the oven at the same 180 degrees for 25 minutes. For the last 5 minutes I turned on the convection, I wanted to brown the cheese. In my opinion, in vain. A dry, hard crust turned out. In principle, it was possible to get it in 20 minutes.
