The recipe from the link will not work for us, at least in size.
There is a recipe for a sweet roll above, Alla Easter cake. did a couple of times .. delicious, one of these days I will try to replace raisins with an apple.
By the way, the raisins are soaked in cognac, a very pleasant taste.
The first time I just threw in the leftovers of brandy, so the booth turned out to be almost baked. the bread is slightly viscous.
The second time, pouring the cognac, dipped the raisins in flour, the loaf became drier.
so who is more pleasant.
And I will try to replace the margarine crumpet with ordinary non-salted butter.

Ol_3, Very good! You have a 1kg mode, set it up and bake it according to the main recipe (for 500g of flour.) Medium crust, sweet bread / pastry;
On the 750g mode, you can bake according to the second option (340 g of flour) dark crust, sweet bread / pastry;
Ol_3
but it will not jump out from so much flour and the rest?
sazalexter
Ol_3, When baking, the HP lid will support 500g in flour, if you are afraid, bake for 340g
Ol_3
If you have tried this reset yourself, then write here in detail step by step that we, the owners of this stove, do not run through the links and do not recount.

Ol_3, Everything is in the corresponding topic, there are also comments.

I baked an butter cake, I took the recipe up to 900g, which I baked in the baking mode, medium crust, it turned out very much even nothing, I ate everything almost at once, and set the weight to 750g

Tested this stove today. I took it as a gift to a friend, today I will give it. It was necessary to make sure that the stove could be kneaded and baked normally. I read it and chose the longest proofing mode. The bread went well. I put an average crust of 1 kg. You can set it dark.

Can you have a recipe and on what program did you bake it?
AnastasiaK
Nata)), you are welcome! The recipe from the book to Panasonic - 400 gr. flour, 280 ml. Water, 1 tsp. yeast, 1.5 tsp. salt, 15 gr. Draining. Oils, 1.5 table. tablespoons of milk powder. On the French program, the crust is Medium, but it is better to set Dark. I have already given the stove to the hostess, I will advise.
The bread stood after baking for 4 hours and remained crispy as before.

Colleagues, who baked the "butter cake", tell me in what order to put the ingredients? I did it according to the instructions - first liquid, then loose. I put yeast in flour. As a result, the cake did not rise, the dough was very thin. Maybe you put too little flour?
AnastasiaK
Miga, of course, you need to look at the dough - perhaps add flour if it's too liquid. But it didn’t rise - it also depends on yeast, are you sure of it? They have not passed their expiration date? According to the instructions on the pack, are they put dry in flour or must this yeast be diluted in warm water first? Have you used them before?
Miga
Yes, Saf-moment, new, I already baked on them, the dough came up with a bang. Added to flour. I'll try Saf-moment for baking, they are diluted in milk. Eh, today there will be an attempt to intend two ...
AnastasiaK
MigaDo you bake in this oven? Which program? On a muffin? Try it on French mode, it has a long proofing. And if you see that the dough still needs to come up, just turn off the program, wait for normal proofing and turn on Baking.

Yes, I bake on baking on our Unite. Kolobok didn't work out at all - there was a batter. And if you bake in the oven, then take it out of the HP after lifting, before baking?
AnastasiaK
Miga, if I’m not late with the answer - the dough for baking the cake in the bread maker should be collected in a bun, sticky, tender, but bun, otherwise the roof will collapse. And for baking in the oven, the dough may be thinner.
Of course, take out the molds too!
Miga
We were not late, thank you very much for your answer!
AnastasiaK
Well, good! My dough for Easter cakes in the oven is also very tender, liquid, you almost pour it into molds, and everything works out great.
Good luck!

Nata)), now. The simplest and most delicious dough we have is here

I always do it. You can take out the oven right before the end of the program. Or you can put it in the refrigerator overnight and bake it tomorrow.
If you can't follow the link, type in the search above Universal yeast dough. ..
Miga
In general, I share my experience: for our recipe, butter cake should be made exclusively for 900g, if it is 1220, then it runs away so that the lid rises. At 900 just in size. I left it in the KhP overnight, did not take it out after the end of the program, in the morning I found that the cake had fallen, apparently, I had to get it right away.
AnastasiaK
Miga, well, let's consider. Did the cake remain heated? And how did it fall - did the roof collapse or crumpled and sat down?
kavmins
if you just leave the bread, then it will soak ... the cake is generally even more tender, it must be carefully taken out and put on the barrel so that it does not crumple ..
Miga
She turned off the bread maker completely, they did not suspect. The side crumpled and the crumb led.
Miga
There was no heating
Miga
Colleagues, can you share a recipe for rye bread? And then only white can bake
AnastasiaK
It's full of rye recipes. Straight purely rye is more difficult, but in half - easily, you can gradually add rye flour to the usual recipe. I bake 100 rye flour, 300 wheat flour, it turns out well.

I am analyzing pictures for the last months.
I know that there is a whole section on biscuits. But everything is so tricky there ... I love simple recipes.

Biscuit.
4 eggs
150 g sugar
200 g flour
1 bag of baking powder
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white foam, add flour and baking powder, beat in again (it will settle, do not be alarmed). Grease the form with oil (otherwise it will be difficult to pull out later). On the "baking" mode for 1 hour (if you wish, you can add another 10 minutes). The biscuit is increased by 1.5-2 times.

I cut it into 3 or 4 parts (preferably 4). The knife must be sharp.
Bread maker Unit UAB 816
The inconvenience is the shape of the cakes. But in principle, if desired, they can be cut to a rectangular one, or cut into cubes, dipped in cream and laid out in a slide.
Impregnation is imperative! Otherwise it will be dry. I just make water, or water with lemon, or juice, the main thing is that it is not sweet - so the cakes are sweet.
Cream - whatever comes to mind.

Here is the latest mini-monitor for homemade tea.
Used 2 of 4 chopped brownies. Impregnation - water, between the layers and on top - forest strawberries, frozen since summer, cream - condensed milk + soft butter + 0.5 sachets of vanillin (beat everything). Awesome delicious !!!

Kulich also baked. I found some kind of recipe, reduced the amount of ingredients 3 times, but, apparently, did not reduce it enough. Kulich got out of the bread machine! The window was propped up with a roof, hung from a bucket on the sides, a few raisins fell down on the ten, they were fried. But in general, the cake was a success! Perfectly baked and delicious! It only crumbled very much, it was difficult to cut.

tell me the dimensions of the stove and the height with the lid open

Hello. Today I received this oven (I bought it at ozon), and I have already baked bread. =)
Everything worked out, and I was so afraid of curvature.

In general, I just measured the "height" with the lid open - 45.5 - 46 cm.
The rest of the sizes I think coincide with those that are in the description on the sites. The following are indicated on the ozone: "Dimensions, mm 415 x 250 x 290".

Thank you. Ordered - we are waiting. I'm afraid to spoil the food terribly.

Do not be afraid! Everything will work out! Although the stove has a "crooked" instruction and recipes with mistakes, I baked the first bread in the new stove exactly according to the instructions, the simplest, white one. It turned out wonderfully well!
Now I bake "French" according to the recipe from Moulinex (which worked its way out and broke down, and the recipes are suitable for Unit). It always works! Sometimes I experiment with flour (I mix different ones in different proportions).

The main recipe for a loaf of 750g
Water 365 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp
Flour 465 gr
Yeast 1 tsp

Sometimes I add a little sugar, sometimes I pour the butter. If the oven is made of premium flour, the crumb is airy, tender, the loaf is high. If you add the first grade or bake only the first-loaf below, the crumb is denser. Sometimes I add buckwheat (a tablespoon, no more, otherwise I need to change the amount of water), corn (I like 50 to 50 with white).

So don't be afraid! It's so interesting!

by the way, maybe someone does not know - our stove beeps for a bee after proofing the dough - at this moment you can press the size button and the proofing time will last if you are not satisfied with how the bread has moved away ..)
Thanks for the advice on proofing time! Never in my life would have guessed. The instructions do not say anything. We-users need to write our own normal instruction for beginners
