I will have it today, my mother-in-law should give me Waiting, all in anticipation. I decided to look at the recipes just for her, but I haven't found anything yet. I will adapt to others.
Have you had it for a long time?

I have such a bread maker I bought yesterday, today I tried it for the first time, very good. liked it. Recipes can be selected from bread makers with the same power. Or buy a ready-made mixture for any bread.

I have it for about a week! somehow I can't make friends with her!
it is very similar in programs to this one:
there in the instructions there is a breakdown of the modes by stages, suitable for Midei)))

I'm just planning to try it today, I was leaving, there was no time)))
Ol, what kind of bread did you bake first?

And why can't I make friends, maybe I'm wrong, but everything seems to me just like it, I hope it will be so

the first French bread from the instructions, it turned out not at all French))), the yeast dough rose 1 time, the second time did not (((white bread turned out to be quite edible (from the instructions), a darnitsky-type pitch, went up the whole bucket) (the roof fell a little), I haven't cut it yet, but it looks good)))

I bought myself such a stove and did not regret it! Here I baked breads according to 1 standard recipe from the instructions for the oven, only added 2 more tbsp. tablespoons of fried onions after the tap.

Owners of Midea, can you please tell me how this oven with rye bread copes? Does it knead well? I choose HP for my retired father, so that in the summer I don't have to run 6 km for bread. , you need a compact and lightweight. The choice is between the Midea and the Supra-150. (In Supra, the scanty instructions, the lack of recipes and vague control buttons in English confuse, I'm afraid it will be difficult for an elderly person ... But it is lighter in weight and looks more compact)
muratti
she kneads rye-wheat very well !!! made in it "Borodinsky" normally kneaded !!!! and bakes well too !!!

from 100% rye flour, I don’t know, I don’t bake
take Medea !!!!

Supra-150 bakes a maximum of 500g and Midea 1000g. I think you need to choose between them by this parameter.

Yesterday we bought this bread maker after Moulinex, which after five years of operation was out of order. Rye-wheat baking oven. The gingerbread man was just perfect, the soul was happy, it rose well too, but in the end it turned out to be dense with a thick crust, and even failed! : girl_sad: Baked in French mode, program 2. I was amazed that almost an hour after the start, she did not just knead the dough like a moulinex, but kneaded it for a long time, it seemed to me that it was 10 minutes! Is this so for everyone, or am I having some kind of failure? Unfortunately, the instructions do not include the layout of the program in cycles, as in the cartoon, and therefore it is impossible to track whether it is running correctly. I was very upset, today I put the Frenchman on the same program, I'll see what happens. The recipe is not from the instructions, I do not like that the proportions in the cups are indicated there, because I am used to weighing everything accurately, it seems to me that it is incorrect in the cups.

Kneads not 10, but 12 minutes. Something rye and I do not succeed ... (program 3.whole grain). But wheat according to the 1st recipe from the instructions is excellent!

Tell me, is Midea making a lot of noise ??? they say that the quietest is Panasonic, but Midea is very attractive for its price, only 1700 rubles. And in general, what are your impressions of Midea? at Ariete's parents, everything is cool, but noisy, but I would not want a noisy bread machine in a one-room apartment.))
muratti
kneads quite noisily, though I have nothing to compare
Zara
Okay, thanks for the answer, but what about making bread? are there any downsides?
muratti
There is no Rye mode, so it is not very good with rye bread in auto modes. If rye bread is not important, then normal bread baking for this money.
the coating of the bucket is good, nothing sticks, the oven kneads well, bakes well too.

Friends-bakers, please tell me how to bake good rye bread on this machine. According to the recipe from the book of the bread machine, I did not bake - I did not find rye malt. Found a recipe on the Internet

I decided to bake this recipe. Alas. The roof collapsed, but the crumb was not baked (they were sticky)
Maybe someone has already baked rye bread on this machine. Tell me how to bake a successful rye bread? Thank you

Recently, when kneading dough from a bread machine, there is a bad sound - a grinding sound. I'm worried - is everything okay with the device?
here is the sound file 🔗

what say?

Hello bakers! I asked earlier in this thread about Midea, more than six months of active operation have passed, I report: HP is quite at the level! We bake every day - both white and rye. Rye more often according to the Panasonic recipe, the "native" in the Mideevsky instruction turns out to be more gray than black. Kneads well, copes with additives too. If you bake dark rye bread, then it is better to choose a weight of 750 grams, and not a kilogram (it bakes worse). Wheat and millet-buckwheat-corn at any weight comes out great!
I do not recommend the "Fast" mode to anyone, you will only translate products in vain. Of the minuses: it kneads noisily and squeaks loudly. But now we don't even pay attention to it, we're used to it.
For that kind of money, it’s a worthy option, I also tolerated surges in rural areas normally. Father is happy, now he does not recognize store bread at all)

For a long time I chose a bread maker for myself ... I read the reviews and chose Midea for myself. I am very pleased, for a modest price I received a unit with many programs. My husband loves white bread, and I rye, and this and that turns out with a bang. And in general I think there is no bad bread (recipe), there are crooked hands)) They found their white quickly, but with rye they have their own subtleties. I will not say that rye turns out badly in this HP, rye has a lot of nuances. Rye flour itself is more capricious in handling, perhaps. I have had a bread maker since December, while still only a drop of my recipes, but the way to the bakery department has long been forgotten)))

I have a Midea AHS15BC stove, a complete analogue of 20. I use it for 2 weeks, while I like it. Here's French from a recipe book.

Good day. Please tell me where you can buy a shovel for our bread maker. All the Teflon coating of mine has peeled off, now the dough sticks to it strongly
