Girls! There are about 1 kg of small strawberries, I decided to make jam in my baby, so that now I can use it with ice cream, pancakes, etc. While I put the stewing. Is it correct? In the fall, I made pear jam with orange in a large multi, according to the recipe there was a baking mode. Now I doubt it ...

avgusta24, last year I made jam, jam on stewing, and it will boil very strongly on baked goods.

Ofeliya, a beautiful loaf turned out! And these are the flowers on the multicooker? How did you do it?
mamusi
Ofeliya, Olga pretty Khlebchik! I also hit the bread this year in Radisochka02 ... Excellent bakes too!
Sedne
And how long do you bake bread in Panasika? We must also try to do it.

Ofeliya, Olya, cool bread! I looked, and did not turn it over? And I need to bake ...

Ofeliya, Olga, why do you have Panasik with chicks? Is this some new model?
Ofeliya
Thank you girls! From the bread, almost nothing is left in the store somehow for longer, and the homemade flies away with a bang!
Quote: marinastom
didn't you turn it over?
I turned over. Hell 65 + 30.

I just pasted the flowers for beauty, so to speak. Well, I love her, so I dressed up.

Girls, have we started a side effect of the virus?
I also glued a thermoserver to the Tupper sugar bowl. My parrots have been holding for more than six years.

And for a long time I bought a large sheet with stickers in iksprice, there are different butterflies, all sorts of flowers. They are just a film, without glue, they stick to a damp surface and that's it, but they last for a very long time. Recently I was in this store, there were some stickers there

The topic has calmed down ...

Girls who have had this multicooker for a long time, please tell me in what state you have a bowl of multi. Should I get a spare?
I really do not want to waste money. I don't use the slow cooker often, I have it for a year, the bowl is almost new in appearance.
I had a chance to buy, but whether it will work out another time - I don't know.
Stafa
I have 4.5 years and the bowl is like new.
Taia
Svetlana, thanks for the information.
Then I will not take it.
vernisag
Tayaif only buy for convenience. Soup, for example, so as not to pour into a saucepan, cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator, and cook another dish in the second bowl.
I have matched glass lids for all the bowls, even for the little ones
I really don't buy second bowls, because I have a lot of multicooker
marinastom
Taya, I bought on Ozone. Schaub boulo ...
mamusi
marinastom, Marisha, I also have a second bowl for Panasik, I took it right away ... Very cool ... I do exactly as Ira says ~ I cover the lid and put the second bouda, porridge in the refrigerator ... And in another I cook

HelenaThank you for the EXPERIENCE of baking in Panasik of my Khlebushka and for the pictures!))) You have a beautiful loaf!
I baked in Radish and Filka, but I will also try in Panasika.

I also do the same especially I like the multicooker with rye or with the addition of rye flour or whole grain, such * heavy * dough, I think, in a multicooker they steamed better

the second bowl, I think, is needed for any cartoon, both as an additional container for cooking and as a safety net

I do not cook soups in a slow cooker. I'm more comfortable in a saucepan on the stove. And if I cook something in a cartoon, then I transfer it to an ordinary saucepan. I don't like storing ready-made food in a multi bowl.
Marisha Aleksevna
I have two multicooker Panasonic and Redmond, two bowls for Panasonic - in one I overcook onions with tomato for borscht, in the second I do everything else, for Redmond there are already three bowls - in the very first (native) I sterilize jars, in the second I cook borscht or soup, and the third I have for frying and baking. I'm very comfortable.
Taia
Panasonic does everything so slowly ... I don't like overcooking in it.

oh, and I forgot with cartoons - how it is - soup on the stove, and he boils - but I don't need it = stewed tastes better

yes, I don’t store it very much = I do it for one or two meals, doesn’t have time to cool down

soups in general, and in a slow cooker in particular, I cook only in ready-made broth (in a large slow-cooker, in cans of 330-500 ml hot broth for spinning or in winter on the balcony in sour cream savor) = it is always there, + vegetables and on * milk porridge * I cook - no boiling, everything is delicate, rich taste and color

I often use frozen vegetables - therefore, pouring them with broth, which is either very cold from the refrigerator or even frozen, I put it on * baking * for 20 minutes = just while I peel the potatoes (and sometimes other non-frozen vegetables) I will cut it, everything is already thawed = I put it on * milk porridge *

yes, Panasik does not cook quickly, but it is not overcooked, everything is stewed, tastier, boiled soup is different

but this is so with me - almost all vegetables are most of the year or dried or frozen - garden, there is almost no store

but I haven't done overcooking for a hundred years - I don't want to add fat content in the soup, and even without boiling, everything stays together so well, pure taste, light

I completely agree, and cooking is an art that does not tolerate fuss, so there is no need to rush here.

No add. bowls to any mv and st. Not only that the quality suits almost everyone, I see no need to fill the kitchen with extra bowls

I don’t do overcooking for soups either, and I haven’t done it before, even when there were no multicooker.

I especially don't like borscht with frying
But borscht is a completely different matter. Without frying, borscht is not borscht, but no one knows what. Moreover, in a slow cooker, you literally need a drop of oil and fry it not much. But this is of course a matter of taste.

Agree.
And I only fry in borscht and mushroom soup. The rest is "natural".
Pchela maja
I usually need a second bowl, if I am carcassing meat hedgehogs in gravy, then I covered it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator, and the second bowl can be used. So it was with the old big Panasonic, I had one. But now I cook so little, we have become more salads, that the second bowl is not particularly needed. My tenth Panasonic is still in the box, new. Again, if the multicooker park is large, then it is easier to use another multicooker, agrees with Irina-Repeshok.

Very tasty, beautiful borscht.
If you don't, how do you know about the taste?)
And I never did frying without MV

Now I cook borscht only at 95 grams, it turns out delicious.

In my opinion, everything is SIMPLE here! WHO HAS THE SECOND BOWL IN THE STROKE - it means that a person needs it!
Whoever has soups-borscht with fried ~ means so TASTY to a person!
The collective farm ~ is voluntary! Shteba's 2 bowls are VERY comfortable for me!
Panasik also has 2! And also very convenient!
My kitchen size allows me to have as many CUPS as it suits me ...
Without asking anyone for advice ... And if a person ASKS for advice ... after all, he NEEDS a cup !!!))))
Whoever does not need a cup does not ask us about it!

Based on chocolate manna with halva:

Multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH10ATW - reviews and discussionMulticooker Panasonic SR-TMH10ATW - reviews and discussion
The recipe has been simplified to a minimum, measure an ordinary glass of 250 grams:
1 st. Sahara
1 st. kefir (in fact, a little less. First, pour out 3/4 cup, mix and then focus on the consistency of thick sour cream)
1 st. semolina (I do it with a slide, so that it was drier and friable)
1 egg
2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
a packet of vanillin
I kneaded halva 70 grams with my hands into the dough and mixed it - there was nothing to weigh, I hadn't got the scales yet
soda on the tip of a knife and add a little salt.
Stir everything in a dish and pour it into a cartoon. I draw your attention to the fact that semolina is not soaked to swell. As poured, so stirred, so immediately on baking. I personally like this manna made from dry cereals more.
Baking for 65 minutes, but I think that more can be done, because the middle of the pie has risen less than the edges, which can be seen in the photo.
The pie as a whole rose slightly, but the structure is crumbly-moist with a clear sensation of the taste of halva. The halva was sunflower.
Try it.
mamusi
Wiktor, thanks, I'll try!)))
What a fine fellow you are for sharing your findings ... and personal experiences. There are a lot of dishes on the forum ~ you can't find and try everything ... But like this ~ "take it off" ~ EASIER!
Jiri
Wiktor, Victor, he's a pretty mannichek! I did pilaf in Panasika today. A bit too long, of course, in time, in the headquarters the soup was already cooked during this time
Wiktor
Jiri, why long? It's okay, I think ... it's been preparing somewhere for an hour. Of course, if you wait it seems long. After all, waiting and catching up, the people say, is the worst thing. And if you "load" the saucepan and do something else, you won't even notice how they will be called to the table.
---
mamusi, try it, of course. Cool mannichek turns out. It is crumbly and tastes good. It seems that even that from semolina is not felt.
Something like caramel ... By the way, it fell out of the saucepan not very willingly - apparently, the halva made it sticky. But when it cooled down, it stopped sticking and became crumbly.

And I like baked potatoes in Panas: peel the potatoes, cut them as I like, I like them large, one medium potato into 4-6 pieces, put in a bag, add salt on top, pour oil on top, crush the garlic for a fan, then twist the bag, shake it well, dump it in a cartoon and bake for 40-45 minutes. Stir once after 30 minutes, it is already ready by this moment, but you need to fry it on the other side. I am too lazy to put in a bag, put everything in a cartoon at once and mix it there.
and I liked your recipe thanks delicious
Taia
And I really like to bake potatoes in this cartoon. Somehow it turns out to be especially tasty.
An elementary dish, but everywhere it tastes differently.

Tell me, girls, in between times ... can anyone have Polaris 0517, 0527, 0537 cartoons? Share your impressions.
It's just that the student son decided to buy a saucepan, and our Panasiks are no longer on sale either large (TMH18) or small (TMH10)
When searching for options, the above Polarises stood out. Everything is on sale, the reviews are good.
Which model should you prefer?
Helena
Wiktor, in the "Matrix" (online store) there is Panasonic for 1999 rubles.
