Chocolate mannik with halva

Ingredients

Kefir 1.5 tbsp.
Semolina 1 tbsp.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter 100 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
Soda 1 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp.
Halva 100 g (as much as possible, to taste)

Cooking method

  • Mix semolina with kefir and let stand for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells.
  • At this time, beat the sugar with eggs and softened butter.
  • After 30 minutes, add soda and cocoa powder to the swollen semolina.
  • Mix well. We mix both mixtures - semolina and eggs.
  • Add flour and mix well so that there are no lumps.
  • The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream.
  • Crush half of the halva into the dough and mix.
  • Pour the dough into a greased form, sprinkle with the remaining halva on top.
  • We put in an oven preheated to 180 * C and bake until tender.
  • Mannik turns out to be very tasty, halva inside melts and becomes very soft, like cream.

Note

I baked for 40 minutes.
The halva was with peanuts (a nut is visible on the cut). Added vanillin.
Butter put 80 g. Kefir used with a fat content of 1.5%.
A glass of ordinary 250 g.

I could not tear myself away from her for three days. Since I eat sweets only for breakfast, the morning meal consisted of one manna and tea. I didn't think that a banal semolina pie could be so tasty.

Natasha, awesome mannik Chocolate mannik with halva
Albin, I was filling out the recipe right now, drooling has already rolled up. I just want more))))) And there are so many baked goods in the bookmarks ... and I want to try something else .... Don't be torn.
Albina
I already have so many new untested recipes in the bookmarks, and they also ask for my traditional dishes: pies with sorrel, apples, etc. The other day I bought a viburnum. For a long time as a child, I loved pie with viburnum. True, the teeth are not the same. But I want to bake.

Mandatory, but only after Easter. First you need to warm up with Easter cakes, otherwise where are so many of them? )))

Natasha! Such a tempting recipe! For now, I'll ditch it for the same reason as Albisha.
And, I wonder, does halva in your manna also turn green, as in halva cake? It would be great, probably, a chocolate-malachite combination.

Does halva in your manna also turn green, like in halva cake?
Ir .... and how green is it? ..... Excuse me, if I'm dull.
Mikhaska
Here HERE recipe, Natasha. This exciting moment is constantly discussed there. It is this greening of the cake from the fact that it contains halva that makes this recipe even more tempting.
I'm downright bastard; what shades of green are not represented in that topic!
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Ir, I did not notice greenery in the manna ... At least I did not find a pronounced green color.

Irish, just read the forum about the "green cake" ... Cool !!!
He intrigued me too.
