Yeah Nah, dry
Sedne
Yesterday, such delicious lazy cabbage rolls came out, tender with gravy, very tasty that I even forgot to take a picture.
mamusi
Sedne, Sveta. What recipe do you have? stuffed cabbage?
Sedne
Margarita, I did so 250 g of meat 250 g of cabbage 1 onion scrolled in a meat grinder, add half a meter of boiled rice, made meatballs and put them in a bowl of mv, sauce: 1 onion and carrots chopped fried, put in a thermomix (more precisely, I fried in a thermomix) , added grated tomatoes by eye (about 3-4 tablespoons, 1 spoonful of sour cream, water, salt, spices can be used (I did not put it because the child also ate), whipped everything up and poured sloths. Stew for 1.5 hours.
mamusi
Sedne, Sveta is directly writing down the recipe)))) I love the lazy!
Since I usually cooked in the oven in a deep frying pan - they are GREATLY lazy - there are no more lazy fried lu-carrots + finely chopped cabbage (slightly quenched and - mixed), then part of the cabbage was taken out ... minced meat with RAW rice was put in the middle ! Then the removed part of the cabbage was laid in a third layer ... There are spices that you like (or WITHOUT them). Then pouring: tomato juice + sour cream and ... according to the situation, some water ... That's it! Foil covered and in the oven for 40 minutes - 1 hour (depending on the amount of food). This is charm - the Taste of natural cabbage rolls, without any modeling!
I do it often. I tried it at Shteba several times, but so far I haven’t gotten used to the amount of liquid. And I often go back to the oven - so it’s worked out and tastes good. But you still need to train yourself to go to the Cartoon.
SUMMER is coming soon! There will be heat, we will not turn on the oven at 40 degrees. And the air conditioner does not let me go to the kitchen!

Girls, cooked today such a chicken... It turned out very tasty, tender, aromatic meat.

Girls, is there a postponement for all modes? And what is the minimum time you can set for extinguishing?
kseniya D
Delay only in the first three modes. Baking, stewing and boiling without delay.
Wildebeest
Olyushk @, The default minimum stewing time is 1 hour, I don’t remember the maximum, but I remember that I cooked the jelly for 6 hours.

I also cooked some hedgehogs recently, thanks for reminding me. Here they are my ... hairy.

Something I've been cooking lately now at 10 am And casseroles and muffins and rice and meatballs and sloths I didn't have such a puppy delight as from Cook 1004, but now everything in this baby is working out

I also like the 5 liter Panasik, but so far there is a lot of that volume. We eat little now.
yudinel
Svetlana, I agree very comfortable cartoon. I often cook in it too.

Ira, thanks. Will they have time to cook while they are fried? or still need to hold it under the lid?

Well, why not?) After all, you fry as much as you need. How many fish cakes do you need? 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on how thick it will be.

According to my observations, if you close the lid, it fries a little more actively. The baking mode is delicate here.

Maybe Ophelia can tell you something else.

Some wrong smiley))))) there is nothing to forgive))))
It's okay, Luda. Why even a forum, if not for asking and answering
Mila1
RepeShock, Irochka, I thank this so
RepeShock

Aaaaa, well, okay

Oh, mlyn ... I also distinguished myself today. I washed the rice for a side dish, and then whipped it into a slow cooker without a bowl ...: girl-swoon: And I see that there is no bowl, but my hand stretches right on the machine ... Oh-oh-oh!
Well, okay, if I was washing the next purchase or something else ... It would be forgiven, but here right in a sober mind and in a solid memory. I shook this rice and then shaken it. Everywhere he was hammered, such an infection.
I do not know.
This is the first time this has happened to me. Aha.
Ofeliya
Mila1, I fried with the lid closed on the Pastry. They are both fried and cooked.
Mila1
Ofeliya, Olechka, thanks. How long does it take?

This, probably, happens to almost everyone at least once in a lifetime. I, too, once poured oatmeal into little Redik without a bowl. She also shook, and then, for the sake of fidelity, she also vacuumed

Default. There it seems 40 minutes. First fry, and then stew lazy was. What's interesting is that the cutlets are not dry at all. Delicate and delicious!

And I liked the rice on the hedgehogs. Straightly surprising, because the meatballs were rolled in completely dry rice: - \ And to taste it even seemed to be boiled in water with salt and butter. Probably sucked out of the minced meat * JOKINGLY * Next time I will add more chopped onions to the minced meat, for the juiciness of the minced meat. A little dry meat turned out.

Girls!!! What are you doing ... looking at night ...
Cutlets show Abaldenny! Moreover, they "replicated" them ... by the QUOTATION method! ALWAYS, drooling!

Now I want such cutlets!
But we ate Sedna goulash from Toshibka, delicious rice-coconut porridge from Panasik ... and yet ... no, I’m bragging about it ... I was baking BREAD again in Filka ... well, I’ll show it there!

OfeliyaThat hedgehogs, that cutlets - beautiful and delicious!
marinastom
Rita, in more detail, you can talk about rice-coconut porridge. Pts love both that, and another!
Wildebeest
marinastom, Marina, this porridge is about a milk cooker.

So I cooked:
rice - 0.5 mst
water - 2 mst
coconut flakes - 40 gr (there was so much in the package)
dried orange peel - a pinch
salt and sugar to taste.
All this was loaded into a milk cooker, mixed and cooked until rice is cooked. Then she let it brew for 20-30 minutes.

The porridge has an exotic taste, pleasant coconut aroma. You can not add oil to porridge, it is enough in coconut flakes. Adjust the porridge liquid at your discretion.
This porridge is suitable for those who have a cow's milk intolerance.

And here is the original recipe, but I did not dare, or rather simply not matured, but it is worthy of attention.

rice - 1 tbsp
water - 2 tbsp
coconut flakes - 200 gr
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
grated lemon zest - 1 tsp
grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
and salt to taste.
Fry the rice in vegetable oil until transparent, pour in boiling water, bring the rice to a boil, add coconut and zest, boil in a pan for 10-12 minutes, season with ginger and cinnamon, close the lid and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.

This porridge with the same success can be cooked in any multicooker and there were no attempts to escape when I cooked it in a multicooker.

ABOUT, Sveta, thank you very much! Indeed, unusual and interesting! With ginger, if a bit, you can also try. But the proportion of rice-coconut suggests that this is already coconut-rice porridge.

Call it whatever you want, but I liked this mess.
Pepper and ginger are very confusing in the original recipe, although this option is worth trying. We add pepper when cooking pilaf ...

Ofeliya, Olga, thank you very much for the tip about frying cutlets! Today I fried meat cutlets in Panasika. It turned out SUPER !!! I haven't eaten these for a long time, I just couldn't get it in a pan Juicy, soft and with a thin crispy crust

Natasha, and mine were frozen. I slightly thawed them, they were still hard inside. She poured a little rast into the bowl. butter, put the cutlets, close the lid and turn on the baking, by default 40 min. On one side 20 min. fried, then opened the lid, turned it over. closed and the remaining 20 minutes. Then they stood on the heating for 15 minutes. I was busy
RepeShock

Natasha, don't defrost it.
yudinel
Can you also fry the fish like that?
Natalishka
Irina, but will not stick until the ,, baking ,, warms up?
RepeShock

Natalia, you can splash a little oil.
Although, I think it won't stick without oil.

Or here's how to make Luda, defrost a little, already tested
Ofeliya
Ludmila, very glad that I liked it. The cutlets look very tasty!
Wildebeest
RepeShock, Ira, I knead the minced meat for the cutlets for two passes, those. I shape the cutlets, some of the cutlets for now, I freeze some of the cutlets. I don’t defrost cutlets before adding them to the cartoon .. I really like Panasik cutlets on baked goods. They always turn out plump.
