Ingredients

oat flakes 200 gr.
peanut 1 tbsp.
seedless raisins 1 tbsp.
sunflower seeds 100 g
sesame 3 tbsp. l.
flax seeds 3 tbsp. l.
butter 100 g
honey 0.5 tbsp.
sugar 0.5 tbsp.
puffed wheat 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • In a large plate, mix flakes, nuts (chop coarsely or whole), sunflower seeds, flaxseeds and sesame seeds, mix well and dry in the oven at 200 gr. 10 minutes.
  • Granola (bars)
  • Melt the butter, sugar and honey over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, boil the washed raisins in this syrup for 5 minutes.

  • Put the flakes with nuts and seeds back into the bowl, add puffed wheat (I have a chocolate flavor), pour the honey mixture with raisins here, mix everything well

  • Put the mass about 1.5 cm thick on a baking sheet covered with paper (leave the edges longer) for baking, seal it well, wrap the edges of the paper on top and press down with a heavy board or other suitable press

  • Leave the mass under pressure for 12 hours (I do it overnight), then gently peel off the paper, cut into convenient portions and enjoy a delicious breakfast and a convenient and healthy snack.

I put each in small plastic sandwich bags. then I turn away the edges and eat. mainly in transport as a snack. hands are dirty. that's why I thought of not touching with my hands.
