  • We return our pie with pears and apples to the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes more, until the crumb is crispy on top. I baked for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 grams. convection.

I was worried that the apples would dry out and, in general, the cake would turn out to be dry, but the cake turned out to be quite wet due to the juice of the pears, only the rim of the cake was dry.
