Crumble with cherry

Ingredients

pitted cherry 400 g
cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
potato starch 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
gingerbread 1-2 pcs.
flour 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix cherries with sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and starch, put in a mold. (I form a grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina)
  • Mix butter with flour, grind into crumbs, add chopped gingerbread. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the cherries and bake the crumble for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees until the crumbs are browned.
  • It is better to eat warm!

I cooked it, although this was not in the recipe, but I decided to sprinkle it with powder while I went for the camera to report, my friend husband loudly winced from the kitchen, turned up his nose and claimed that it wouldn’t be there, but when I flew back, from crumble there is a teaspoon left !!!! This is all that I managed to snatch for testing. My opinion is very tasty, easy, reminiscent of a basket of berries, may the local confectioners forgive me for this blasphemous comparison! I forgot to mention: instead of gingerbread, I doubled flour and butter, frozen cherries (defrosted in the microwave beforehand, juice drained and drunk)
