There, the temperature regime is too aggressive for baking - the bottom is on fire, the top is damp. I baked in a silicone mold, but the finished biscuit smelled so much like silicone that I didn't want to eat anymore.

And then, when I decided to smoke sausage in this smoker-multicooker, I decided to conduct an experiment and change the positions of the modes. And it turned out to be excellent. Now I smoke sausage and chicken legs in this way: hot smoking for 20 minutes, then letting off steam and turning on cold smoking for 15 minutes. It turns out very tasty. Smoked meats taste is much more pronounced. You don't need to fry anything beforehand. I fry the sausage after smoking for 6 minutes.
