I also choose a harvester, or maybe not a harvester ...: hi: I would be very grateful for any help.

desirable requirements:

cutting into cubes,
shredders and graters are all welcome!
Beat the whites until firm peaks are required !!!
I could knead the dough so that even rye
The noodle attachment will delight you.

Not necessary and desirable that they were not:

meat grinder,
no blender is needed.

Is it possible to make me happy? I trust our experts !!! Yes, the quality must be present, the price is up to 15 tons. Thank you in advance!

Alas, your requirements are absolutely impossible to fulfill.

Dicing is a "weak link" because this function is only available in the combine:
1. Bosch cube https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=22259.0;
2. Phillips hand blender https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...n=com_smf&topic=154532.0;
3. Hand blender Vitek 🔗.
4. You can purchase an attachment for the Bosch MUM 5 series combine. But this attachment costs like half a combine.

Bosch Cubix has 3 discs with 5 types of rubbing and shredding, but ... a disc for French fries, Korean carrots, a medium shredder / grater must be purchased. In other devices, the set of disks is even less.

Squirrels are whipped to peaks either with a hand mixer or with a Bosch MUM 4, 5, 8 series combine. You can whisk the egg whites with a hand blender, but the pleasure is below average. In Bosch Cubix there is no whisk for whipping proteins, only a disc emulsifier.

For kneading yeast, bread or rye dough (within the stated amount and other functions) Bosch MUM is suitable. Bosch cube is unlikely to cope, because only universal knives are included, there are no dough hooks. It is best to knead yeast or rye dough in a bread maker, no combine can compare. The rest of the budget combines may be able to knead the dough, but they will not be cut into cubes.

The noodle attachment is available only in the 8th series Bosch MUM, in the Kenwood Chef and Kitchen Aid combines. But these devices are not cheap.

Even if you do not need a blender as part of a combine, you will still get it, because it is included in the set of both Bosch cubes and Bosch MUM 4, 5, 8 series.

The bottom line. You need to match your requirements with real-life units. At the moment, there are no devices in nature that could perform all the operations you have declared.

If you absolutely need to cut into cubes, you have little choice. Since you want a harvester, you can choose between a Bosch cube, which has a cutting attachment included in the kit, or one of the Bosch MUM 5 series models (which does not have a meat grinder), but the attachment will have to be purchased, and it is very expensive.

For some reason I foresaw this, since it is not profitable for the manufacturer that one device fulfills all desires. In one, some nozzles, and in the other - their own merits. For the dough, I still have a bread maker. All the same, I bow to the Bosham Mum, but I don't know which series. My sister took 46 .. (I don't remember the second digits), well, ooooooo happy. It is easy to wash, but saddened by the lack of cubes ((((.

BOSCH MUM 4 and 5 series are basically the same: the set of nozzles is identical, the discs are the same.
The 5 series differs only in the design of the case and in higher power - 700 W and 900 W.In addition, in episode 5, you cannot chop / rub directly into the pan / bowl without "dancing with a tambourine".

If you have money, take a MUM 5 series with a power of 900 W, which does not have a meat grinder (I would do that). Add a cube attachment to him, and you will be happy

All the same, I'm still in the choice, or he, or a Bosch cube ?? The large number of grater nozzles wins over there. Can you buy additional nozzles for Bosch 55241? I realized that he was new to Russia.

The set of both combines are absolutely identical discs for rubbing / shredding:
1. double-sided disc for shredding thin and thick slices;
2. double-sided disc-grater for rubbing with small / large pieces;
3.Single-Sided Chocolate / Cheese Rubbing Disc

I choose a harvester, blender, processor

These discs are suitable for both BOSCH MUM 4, 5 series, and for BOSH cube. You can buy:
1.disk for potato pancakes
2.for french fries
3.for Korean carrots
4.Double-sided disc for shredding / rubbing in medium sized chunks

This is only for the cube, MOUMs do not have such a nozzle. But MUM is equipped with a planetary mixer with three nozzles, which the cube cannot boast of.

BOSCH cube or BOSCH MUM with dicing attachment?

In fact, you are choosing between a stand mixer on the one hand and a bowl with utility knives and mop on the other. What is more important to you?

Most often, they buy discs for shredding and rubbing. I already told you about them. All other attachments are unlikely to interest you. These are additional discs with holes of different sizes for a meat grinder, as well as an attachment for forming cookies (for a meat grinder). There is also a multi-mixer, a juicer for berries (put on a meat grinder).

For the 4 MUM series there are grinders for cereals (with metal or stone millstones), a grater for nutmeg and rusks, an ice cream maker (can be ordered abroad). It seems she remembered everything

Tell me, please, you need a blender: mashed potatoes, chop nuts, if possible, then both meat and mashed potatoes. There is a mixer, graters are not needed, I rub it with Berner.
Which of the following models would be better ?:
Kenwood 714, 723, (maybe even lucky and 724 will be) and Braun MR 530?
As I understand it, the three-bladed knife is only in Kenwood? And Brown's grind will be worse, and you can't make them mashed potatoes, right? There are a lot of other Bosches, but after reading Temki, it seems like they are considered worse in blenders? ...
Thanks in advance for your help!

And I also got Tax Free and paid for the overweight. So the quality is amazing and the price is cheaper than possible. Although these models are not delivered to us at all. Just remember that this is a heavy thing, because it is metal, and the blender is glass. Trust me, it's worth the hassle!

MUM54251

Good evening everyone,
I choose a harvester .. I'm worn out) I need him to knead the dough for bread, well, other functions are also needed. I already wanted to take MUM54240, but then I read you and found out that there is also 251, the same but with a cube cutter. do you use it and how? otherwise there are no reviews on the Yandex market. Thank you
cubes - normal size?

and another question - from this Boschevsky site with nozzles - can you order there? there somehow I did not find the prices .. looked bad? will you need something if you buy 54251?

For dough and noodles, not for this series, you can order the rest of the nozzles in the service, or from authorized dealers,

I have both - Phillips and Brown. If I had to choose one of them, I would not hesitate to choose Brown. I use powerful Brown (600 watts) in 20 seconds (I was not mistaken) dumpling dough or steep dough for noodles according to the recipe Admin "Homemade fast noodles"
Creamy, you mean the Braun 600 watt turbo? if yes, which nozzle do you use?

I just started to write an answer that, choosing between these two, you should prefer Brown, and here you are with your post

One of these Phillips is Chinese, the other is Turkish. Both are not very good, so Brown is definitely better, because the better quality, the design is better, the functions are more, and in general ... it's a good thing.
If you bake often, take a look at Bosch MUM 4 or 5 series.
tana77
yes not bad brown, but the kitchen is small and I would like a mini-food processor, what can you say
