Chicken marinated in yoghurt

Ingredients

Chick 1 kg.
Natural yogurt 300g. 300g.
Garlic 1 tooth
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Ginger root 2cm.
Zira 1h l.
Coriander beans 1h l.
Ghee (olive) oil 2st. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Chicken, rinse, sew, cut into 4 parts. Instead of chicken, you can use legs (4 pcs.).
  • Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.
  • Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  • Heat a skillet with ghee (olive) oil. Add cumin seeds, fry, stirring occasionally, until they crackle.
  • Add onion, garlic, ginger, fry, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  • Crush the coriander in a mortar, add to the pan, fry for another 1 minute. Cool down.
  • Add the spice mixture to the yoghurt, stir, season with salt and pepper.
  • Put the chicken in yogurt, stir, cover and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. I stood in a vacuum container in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  • Preheat the oven to 190C. Shake off the marinade from the pieces, place in a baking dish. Cook for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  • Ooooooooo delicious !!! this is my favorite recipe now. I also marinated the wings already.
