If the valve is with holes, then excess pressure comes out through them, this is where the "bearing" and a thin stream of steam, sometimes with droplets, come from. Leave in a closed pressure cooker overnight.

Milk + water = 6 mst. If you plan the porridge for now, then it is very liquid, you need to take less liquids, cook for 5 minutes longer.
