Anastasenok
I have a second black one at the point of issue. Compare this weekend
alsou8987
I bought two little whites, one for myself, the other for my parents, but I tested it for almost a week. Both are multi active on Milk porridge, the foam rises high. Once porridge escaped through the valve (cooked from 700 ml of milk). When I gave it to my parents, I immediately warned them to cook the porridge on baby food. They are not used to such agility with their Panasonic
brendabaker
Clearly, then the runniness of the cereals has nothing to do with color.
Apparently I was just lucky that the obedient was caught.
Pah-pah-pah, of course.
By the way, maybe this is because I cook a maximum of 1 m glass of cereal?
Now I dream of the same obedient and white PHILIPS 3060

brendabakerAnd do not porridge run in the film?
Lagri
Now millet-rice porridge is being cooked: 0.5 cartoon. stack. rice + millet, 2 mult. stack. milk of the same (morning), and 1 cartoon. stack. water. I put a piece of butter. Milk porridge mode 40 min. Nothing tried to escape. Hurrah! I made friends with the regime.
As it turned out, there are 7 minutes left until the end of the program, then I will leave it on the heating for 20 minutes.

Marina, I don't cook basmati separately, but maybe my mixture of basmati and wild rice will help you decide on the program and time?
Oksanochka, thank you very much. This is how I cooked basmati today. Added some turmeric for color.

Multicooker Redmond RMC-02
very tasty
Rituslya
Lagri, Masha, what a mess !!! Yum! I love milk porridge, but I rarely cook them
Marina22, Marinochka, uuu, what a gorgeous rice!
I also need to cook something thread, otherwise I run and watch more than I cook.
brendabaker
Anastasenok,
I either ran, or milk separately, raw cereals separately. But this is not the case for everyone.
he bakes and fries cool.
(Now there has come a realization that, perhaps, it just needed its own optimal volume for each dish)
Well, the black color was terribly annoying. (I just adore my pink and white cooker with one button and cook in it every day and with pleasure)

Lagri,
Maria, what a great porridge.

Posted on Friday 12 Aug 2016 6:08 PM

Marina22,
Marina, I am glad that the rice turned out well
I also really liked to cook this way and it is short in time and good taste.

Rituslya,
Rit, friendly support and words of approval help us a lot, THANKS
Lagri
Rituslya, Rita, brendabaker, Oksana thank you girls! I love it so much when the technique works correctly and when I have friendship with it. So I achieved that milk porridge was cooked without problems at Mol. porridge and so pleasant!
brendabaker
Lagri,
Maria, it looks like MILK Porridge perfectly cooks about 0.5 liters of porridge, and if it's already 700 ml, then starts * driving a wave *? Can this be?
Lagri
Oksana, may be so. I've already read about this somewhere in the subject. The main thing is that you can cook milk porridge in this mode.
alsou8987
Oksana, I am also inclined to believe that no more than 500 ml of milk should be cooked in Milk porridge. Otherwise, there is a high probability of escape. If you need more, it is better to use Baby Food.
Shketka
In the evening I tried to cook pasta again. On Steam mode, I stewed the mushrooms a little with an open lid, poured feathers on McFoo, poured boiling water over and on Express, without reducing the time, excellent pasta turned out! This time there was no extra water left, the pasta was not boiled down, by the way, there was no more water 8-10 minutes before the end of the program. Sprinkled with grated cheese on a plate.
brendabaker
alsou8987,
Alsou, I just chose a multicooker FOR SMALL Portions, perhaps that's why she cooks so cool with me that I don't overload her?
(It just came to me just now and I just couldn't understand why someone's milk was running, and the others didn't)
Lagri

... no more than 500 ml of milk should be boiled on Milk porridge. Otherwise, there is a high probability of escape. If you need more, it is better to use Baby Food.
Most likely so. Again I cook milk porridge, corn, I took a little less than 500 ml of milk and no escape is planned, it is quietly cooked. And before I cooked somewhere from 700 ml of milk and the milk rose to the lid, stained it, but did not escape from the valve.
In the book with recipes, the largest amount of milk for cereals is 570 ml (for rice), and in other recipes 500, 480. Now I will try and with 570 ml it may not run away, then this will be the limit for milk porridge with non-escaping. There is still a herculean one from 750 ml, but I already run from 700 ml.
brendabaker
Lagri,
Maria, good luck to you, then tell me what will come out.
Because nowhere in the topic is there a CLEAR LINK BETWEEN Escape and VOLUME.
If you manage to establish this, then you need to bring this information to the first page.
(For those who are as unwise as me)
Lagri
Oksana, and milk probably also plays a role. Here, I remember somewhere it was recommended that the milk porridge does not run away, it was necessary to take sterilized milk.
brendabaker
Lagri,
Yes, I completely agree, I just thought until today that I * got * accidentally a copy where porridge does not run and I was afraid to order another one for the promotion.
Now the uncertainty goes away, because almost everyone has already coped with their own. (regardless of color and year of manufacture)
Lagri
Well, that's how it happens. And I took a chance and bought a second one for 1145 rubles, which is incredibly happy. I will buy sterilized milk and try to cook porridge from 700 ml of milk. Will I see if he runs away?

Something I can't do now is to cook the soup in the Soup-stewing mode. No boiling at all. Finely chopped vegetables are not cooked, in 40 minutes, half-baked. Something I do not understand what's the matter. Girls. who cooked the soup for you was everything boiled normally?

Added Saturday 13 Aug 2016 01:13 PM

So I didn't manage to cook borscht in the Soup-Stew mode. I switched on the Express mode, there is as if there is boiling, I have to cook the soup for me.

Added Saturday 13 Aug 2016 01:26 PM

My soup is boiling. 15-20 minutes and everything will be cooked. And about the Soup-Stew mode, I would still like to know what it is and how to use it.
Rituslya
Lagri, Masha, I cooked. Cooked and repeatedly on Stew Soup. First, she fried something in the Pastry, then she let the bowl cool slightly and poured it with cold broth.
The soup was ready in no more than an hour. Here is the last time I cooked a lentil. And the first time, probably 100 times, I dropped in to make sure that the process had started.
Lagri
Rita, and there was direct boil, even a little gurgle?
Rituslya
Masha, yes, it gurgled. But the trembling was very, very light. I still extinguished the azushka in this mode.
I remember what soup I still cooked in this mode, but I don’t remember anything except lentil soup. Recently I cooked it 3 times. Painfully he fell in love with his son.
In general, there is no memory.
brendabaker
Lagri,
Maria, my SOUP / SUSPENSION is boiling, but more often I cook on baby food, I have it quite active
In general, in my soup it takes 1-1.5 hours, maybe the vegetables are just undercooked?
(I looked at my notes about lean borscht .... frying with cabbage was cooked for 1 hour on SOUP / STEWING, that is, half-prepared vegetables)
It's good that there is a forum, I'm sure that I would get along with Phillips now, because there are many developments and you can ask the author in detail what and how.
If there is an ACTION again, I'll buy Phillips for myself, thanks Masha
Lagri
And in my Soup-Stewing mode, I did not notice boiling at all. I will try again. Well, I made such a conclusion after 40 minutes of cooking and dropped in 10 times during this time, maybe interfered with her work, so the vegetables were not cooked either. Thank you, Rita and Oksana, now at least I will know that this mode works and will try to cook something else on it.
And I cooked borscht on the Express, there is a slight boil, just as I need, there you can also increase the time.
I cooked it for only 2 servings, and so much hassle ...
brendabaker
Rituslya,
Ritul, now I wrote everything down at once, which turned out well.
In a separate notebook. Because it's already difficult to find in the topic, I don't remember where I saw it myself.

Lagri,
Maria, thanks for the idea with the EXPRESS (I boil beets and potatoes in it for borscht).
Next time I'll try to cook everything on it, without switching to SOUP / STEWING, it may work out faster.
It seems to me that SOUP / STEWING takes a very long time to reach the desired temperature
Lagri
Oksana, but I do not cut the beets for borscht, but add them whole to the broth for borscht, and after the end of cooking I rub them on a grater or cut them into strips and into borscht, so it gives a beautiful taste and color.
stall
Maria, my Redik02 cooks ice cream, I put it straight from the freezer in a bowl, for example, yesterday, beef ribs, pour water, large potatoes, etc., put it on stew-soup at 1.10. The soup is ready-rich broth, the meat is soft.
The first time I cooked, I thought that nothing was happening, I looked in 100 times until an hour passed.
Now at least 20 soups have been cooked, everything is ok. So do not worry, everything is fine, but if you drop by often,
As I understand it, the temperature inside is dropping, so besides removing the foam, do not look there. Good luck.

And I also, but since I cook without meat, then boiled and crushed potatoes act as broth, I boil them together, wrinkle the potatoes right away, and cool the beets, rub them and add them at the very end.

I measured the temperature measured on Suppressor at about 50 minutes 91.3 degrees.
Lagri
stall, thank you very much, I'll take everything into account. As I understood, it was necessary to cook the soup for at least 1 hour.
S * lenaElena, so this is not just cooking soup, but languor. Of course, this takes a lot of time.

It will be interesting then to try to cook milk porridge on it and make a curd casserole

In my other slow cooker, I have a soup-stewing program for 1 hour by default. Probably, in all multi-cookers you need to cook the soup for at least an hour.

Or on another program ??? What do you think girls?

boil milk porridge on it
if on a special program some milk porridges run away, then on this one it is not worth the risk
that * super-stewing * the temperature is constantly kept around 100 *, almost boils, too much for milk porridge
on * milk porridge * at first it goes almost 100 *, 15-20 minutes, and then turns into languor and the porridge is only puffing

but the casserole = good
brendabaker
Irsha,
Agree,
I wonder if the casserole will throw an error, like on MILK Porridge?

I tried oatmeal on SOUP and immediately rearranged it on milk porridge, my oatmeal puffed actively

and in time?
Irgata
Quote: Marina22
and in time?
depending on which casserole = what it is mixed with and how thick

medium = for half a cup - the consistency is slightly thicker than pancake dough - not less than 40 minutes, then you can either go on heating or add time
MariV
I cooked milk porridge with couscous and rice on the program "Milk Porridge".

Super! Nothing escaped. I, mainly, because of milk porridge and bought this baby. Didn't disappoint.
Rituslya
Marina22, Marish, how your cupcake has risen !! I really decided to show myself to everyone. What a clever boy!
brendabaker, Xun, I still remember, then I write in the topic for myself, so as not to forget. Then it's hard to flip through, but I'm glad that I managed to document it.I also need to write in a notebook, because it is sooooo hard to find useful things.
Thank you, Ksyunechka.

MariV,
Olga,
I also have the most demanded mode of MILK Porridge,
Lagri
Today I cooked rice porridge according to a recipe from a book, where 570 ml of milk and 100 g of rice, the milk rose when boiling and stained the lid, but no more. In 35 minutes, as in the recipe, the porridge was not cooked as needed, and I added 15 more. Of course, you can cook like that, the bowl and lid get dirty a little and then the lid is easily wiped off with a sponge. But if you take 500 ml of milk or less, then everything is clean, the milk does not rise, the lid inside is clean. So the issue with milk porridge has been resolved for me.
brendabaker
And today buckwheat surprised me,
I decided to boil 1 glass (250ml) and 2 glasses of water (total 750 ml) instead of 1 m glass (160 ml) and 2 m glasses of water. (Total 480 ml)
As usual, BABY FOOD, default time. I thought it would be a little more than usual, but it turned out to be an almost full pot of more crumbly, airy, tasty porridge.
Multicooker Redmond RMC-02
It turns out that the optimal volume for buckwheat is 750 ml.

Added Sunday 14 Aug 2016 07:48 AM

And about oatmeal, I noticed that out of 1 m glass of cereal + 3 m glass of milk (total 640 ml), it is thicker, boiling and ready in 40-45 minutes.
And from a 2/3 m glass of flakes and 2 glasses of milk (total 440 ml), it is tougher, thinner and cooks for 1 hour 10 minutes.
MILK Porridge mode

brendabaker, Oksana, thank you for sharing the results of the experiments. I cook buckwheat according to your advice on baby food and don't bother with setting the time.
But with oatmeal it did not work for me. A couple of times I tried to cook milk with a delay in the morning, both times the milk curdled, although it was from the refrigerator.
Marina22
Irsha, brendabaker, thank you girls for sharing your experiments and experiences. I'll probably start a notebook and write everything down there
Yesterday I baked another Borodino bread with minor changes.

With a delay, I do not cook, my taste is worse and often the smell is sour, not pleasant.
Girls like ice added, along with milk, so as not to sour.
